Clinical Observation And Research On Shuangxin Decoction In The Treatment Of Premature With Depression And Anxiety

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shuang Xin Decoction in the treatment of premature beat accompanied with depression and anxiety.Method:From Tongzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,70 cases of premature beat were selected from the Department of internal medicine of cardiovascular department from January 2015 to March 2017,there were 28 cases of atrial premature beats,42 cases of ventricular premature beats,26 to 70 years old,male 23 cases,female 47 cases。The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,35 cases each。Two groups were treated with routine drug therapy and psychological intervention,the treatment group add Shuangxin decoction,and the control group was treated with Deanxit for six weeks。Before and after treatment compare the clinical symptoms,palpitation,chest tightness,main symptom score,TCM clinical symptom score and hospital anxiety/depression HAD score,the average heart rate and the total number of premature beats in 24 hours holter.The data in this paper are analyzed by SPSS 21.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 82.86%,and the total effective rate was 54.29%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The two groups after treatment of depression/anxiety symptoms were significantly alleviated,treatment group HAD Depression Scale score total efficiency is 91.42%,88.57%in the control group,the treatment group anxiety reduction of the total effective rate was 88.57%,the control group was 85.71%,two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).It explains that Shuang Xin Decoction has the function of anti-depression/anxiety which is similar to Paroxetine.The total effective rate(85.71%)was better than that in the control group(60%)compared with the control group(60%),and the two groups showed significant statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:Shuangxin decoction can effectively alleviate the premature patients with depression and anxiety of palpitation and chest symptoms,and it can effectively improve the psychological state of these patients with depression and anxiety obviously.The average heart rate lower than that before treatment,the total number of 24 hours dynamic ECG Review premature beat decreased than the control group,the curative effect is obviously better than that of the control group,and it is worth further promotion in the clinical practice.
