Objective: To compile appropriate URQOL-Table and evaluate its reliability,validity,responsiveness and feasibility.Methods: The framework of URQOL-Table was proposed with reference to the concept of WHO quality of life and the development experience of foreign tables as well as the characteristics of reginal culture and the common complications after urinary tract reconstruction,which included two parts of general items and specific items with a total of 7 dimensions and 50 items.Patients were asked to fill in URQOL-Table in the form of questionnaires,and their quality of life after urinary tract reconstruction could be quantitatively evaluated from seven aspects: psychological state,physiological state,social role,pathological state,sexual function,urinary control function and functional exercise.Meanwhile,EORTC QLQ-C30 was used as the criterion of URQOL-Table.There were 152 patients with urinary tract reconstruction from January 2017 to September 2019,who had filled in both URQOL-Table and EORTC QLQ-C30.Statistical methods including correlation analysis,paired t-test,exploratory factor analysis and so on were carried out to analyze the results of the questionnaires.URQOL-Table items were filtered based on statisticalanalysis and reliability,validity,responsiveness,as well as feasibility evaluation of the filtered items were conducted.Results: URQOL-Table including 45 compiled items,with 25 general items and 20 specific items.The statistical results showed that the retest reliability of URQOL-Table was 0.996,Cronbach's ? was 0.962,and the split-half reliability was 0.909,which indicated a better reliability.Correlation and factor analysis demonstrated that URQOL-Table presented better structural validity.As compared with EORTC QLQ-C30,URQOL-Table had better standard validity.The result of paired t-test confirmed that when SRM was more than 0.3,the overall responsiveness of URQOL-Table was acceptable.Conclusion: URQOL-Table includes 7 dimensions and 45 items.The results of evaluation of statistical validity,reliability and responsiveness are excellent,with good feasibility and application value. |
