were regarded as jun,minister and agent.Cluster-2 drugs of 2 taste,the meridian is kidney,bladder,medicine taste bitter,salty,cold medicine as an adjuvant;There are 8 flavors of clustering-3 drugs,mainly lung and kidney,mainly sweet flavor,and mainly medicinal properties.The four drugs of cluster-4 were regarded as adjuvant drugs.The spleen and kidney were the main meridians,and the drug flavor was mainly spicy.Cluster-5 drugs 1 flavor,make medicine,go through the liver,bile,pericardium,medicine flavor,the drug temperature as an adjuvant.Through the high frequency of the first 29 drugs,the strong correlation between drugs was found through Apriori technology(minimum conditional support:0.5;Minimum rule confidence(%):0.64),to find out clinically feasible drug pairs,association rule results:the first three groups with relatively high rule support%and confidence%were cooked rehmannia->cocos,cooked rehmannia->angelica and cooked rehmannia->ginseng.In terms of mentors,there spleen as the main meridians,and sweet as the main medicinal taste.Cluster-4 drugs of 2 taste,mainly heart and lung,mainly sweet taste,partial medicine as an adjuvant;Cluster-5 drugs 1 taste,through the kidney,bladder,large intestine,drug taste acid,gan,medicinal properties as an adjuvant.Through the Apriori technology,the strong correlation between the top 24 drugs with high frequency was found(minimum conditional support:0.81;Minimum rule confidence(%):0.93),to find out clinically feasible drug pairs,association rule results:the first 3 groups with relatively high rule support%and confidence%were dodd->Chinese goji,dodd->atractylodes,and plantain dodd->dodder.Conclusion:"Ancient and modern books integration·full records of medical department"seed door prescription and mentor prescription in the compatibility of drug use rule,in the frequency analysis,the seed door with cooked rehmannia,poria cocos,angelica,achyranthes bidentata,ginseng and other higher frequency;The tutor
