| Purpose: This topic collects,collates and summarizes 263 journals on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with the method of activating blood contained in the modern Chinese website(January 1990-December 2018).Frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis were used for statistical analysis.It reveals the medication regularity of the prescription of promoting blood circulation in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Method: This topic collects the journals about the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with the method of activating blood contained in Chinese websites from January 1990 to December 2018.Establishment of "Modern Blood-Activating Therapy for Rheumatoid Arthritis Prescription Database".SPSS24.0 software was used for frequency and clustering analysis,and IBM SPSS Modeler 18 software was used for association rules analysis,and the collected data were analyzed and processed.Results:1.Frequency analysis s: according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,263 prescriptions were obtained.A total of 258 medicines were obtained and analyzed by statistics.Among them,10 Chinese herbal medicines with high frequency and frequency were paeonia lactiflora,Clematis,willingia,safflower,chicken blood rattan,angelica sinensis,Chuanxiong,Astragalus membranaceus,guizhi,achyranthes bidentata and duhuo.The four most common drugs are antiepileptic drugs,rheumatic drugs,blood-activating and Blood-Stasis-Removing drugs and tonifying deficiency drugs,with a cumulative frequency of 59.3%.2.Association rule analysis: the second-order,third-order and fourth-order association rules of drugs ranked in the top 40 were analyzed.A total of 2542 rules,association rules from network graph we can conclude: the combination between angelica,chuanxiong,radix caulis spatholobi,commonly used.Among them,the highest degree of support is angelica + chuanxiong;astragalus membranaceus and chuanxiong + angelica;Chuanxiong and taoren + safflower + angelica.3.Drug Cluster Analysis: Cluster analysis of drugs with frequency greater than or equal to 25 times yielded four cluster combinations,including one basic prescription and three addition and subtraction groups.Conclusion: Through analysis,it is found that the modern treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with the method of activating blood,which is mostly based on antiphlogistic,anti-rheumatic and blood-nourishing and Blood-Activating drugs;if combined with heat evil,it is necessary to clear away heat and remove arthralgia;if Yin and cold are more serious,it is necessary to dissolve the surface and disperse cold,warm the inside and Tongyang.Rheumatoid arthritis is based on the pathogenesis of pathogenic Qi blockade and pain,so besides the above drugs,it is still necessary to use the product of searching the veins appropriately. |
