Clinical Effect Of WuMaTongLuo Decoction Combined With Spinal Nerve Posterior Branch Block In The Treatment Of Lumbar Spinal Nerve Syndrome

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Wuma Tongluo Decoction,spinal nerve posterior branch block and combination therapy on the treatment of lumbar spinal nerve posterior branch syndrome,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the three t-reatment schemes.Methods:A total of 60 patients with posterior branch syndrome of lumbar spinal nerve were selected.According to the principle of randomized non blind control design,the improvement degree of lumbar pain and the therapeutic effect of different treatment groups were evaluated after the application of posterior branch block of lumbar spinal nerve,Wuma Tongluo Decoction and combined treatment.60 cases were randomly divided into 3 groups:spinal nerve posterior branch block group,Wuma Tongluo Decoction group and combined medication group,20 cases in each group.Through statistical so ftware analysis,there was no significant difference between the general situation and basic situation of the three groups.The group of spinal nerve posterior branch block was performed once;Wuma Tongluo Decoction group was given Wuma Tongluo Decoction twice a day for 2 weeks,and the treatment group was given Wuma Tongluo Decoction for 2 weeks after spinal nerve posterior branch block.The VAS scores of the three groups were observed on the third day,the second week and the first month after treatment.After 3 months of treatment,the curative effect was evaluated according to the modified macnab standard.The data were statistically processed by spass 23.0 software.Wilcoxon rank sum test was used to compare the data ofthe two groups,Kruskal wallish test was used to compare the data of the three groups,chi square test was used to compare the distribution of count data,and P<0.05 was set as the difference of statistical significance.Results:The VAS scores ofthe three groups were decreased after treatment,among them,the VAS scores of the group of spinal nerve posterior branch block and the group of block combined with traditional Chinese medicine decreased significantly(P<0.05);At the second week of treatment,the VAS scores ofthe three groups were significantly lower than before(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between each two groups(P>0.05);After 1 month of treatment,the VAS score of wumatongluotang group and wumatongluotang combined with spinal nerve posterior branch block group decreased significantly(P<0.05)After 3 months of treatment,the curative effect ofthe three groups was evaluated.It was found that the total effective rate of Wuma Tongluo Decoction groUP was90%,the excellent and good rate was 80%,which was significantly higher than80%and 65%of the single spinal nerve posterior branch block group(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between them.The effective rate and excellent rate of wumatongluotang group combined with spinal nerve posterior branch block group were 95%and 90%,there was no significant difference compared with wumatongluotang group(P>0.05)Conclusion:By contrast,the short-term effect of spinal nerve posterior branch block is better than that of Wuma Tongluo Decoction group,and the effect is rapid.However,the long-term effect of wumatongluo Decoction group is better than that of spinal nerve posterior branch block group.Wuma Tongluo decoction combined with spinal nerve posterior branch block has significant effect in improving pain of patients in both short-term and medium-term,which is worth clinical promotion.
