| Objective:In this study,Ziyin Zhixue Granule was given to the patients with prolonged menstruation(yin deficiency and blood heat syndrome),to explore the pathogenesis of prolonged menstruation(yin deficiency and blood heat syndrome)and the clinical efficacy of Ziyin Zhixue Granule,so as to provide a better theoretical basis and an effective treatment scheme for the clinical treatment of prolonged menstruation(yin deficiency and blood heat syndrome),to play the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to promote the application.Methods:From December 2018 to December 2019,72 patients with prolonged menstruation(yin deficiency and blood heat syndrome)who were treated in the outpatient department of Jilin University of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into two groups.36 patients in the experimental group were given self-designed Ziyin hemostasis granules,and 36 patients in the control group were given Baogong hemostasis granules,among which 36 patients in the experimental group were given self-designed Ziyin hemostasis granules One case in the control group.The therapeutic methods are:Nourishing Yin,clearing heat,hemostasis and regulating meridians.The experimental group was given self-made formula(Ligustrum lucidum,Eclipta,Schizonepeta charcoal,Scutellaria,phellodendron,raw rehmannia,angelica,white peony,black plum,Sanguisorba charcoal,Platycladus charcoal,roasted licorice),which were all formula granules.In the fourth day of menstrual period,the drug was taken with warm water,one dose a day,twice a day,for 7 days.Three menstrual cycles were used continuously to observe the curative effect.The control group was given Baogong Zhixue Granules.In the fourth period of menstruation,take boiled water twice a day in a bag,one week as a course of treatment,take it for three consecutive cycles,and observe the curative effect.Results:Through three courses of treatment,a total of 70 patients(yin deficiency and blood heat syndrome)with prolonged menstrual period were treated.In the experimental group,35 patients were cured in 11 cases,effective in 14 cases,effective in 8 cases and ineffective in 2 cases,accounting for 31.42%,40.00%,22.85% and 5.72% respectively,with a total effective rate of 94.28%.In the control group,7 cases were cured,10 cases were effective,13 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective,accounting for 20.00%,28.57%,37.14% and 14.29%respectively,and the total effective rate was 85.17%.Both groups of drugs have effect,through the change of TCM symptom score before and after treatment,there is statistical significance.There is significant difference between the two groups,indicating that the effect of self-made formula is significantly better than Baogong Zhixue Granules.The patients in the experimental group and the control group were followed up after three cycles of drug withdrawal.11 cases in the experimental group were cured and only one case recurred.In the control group,7 cases were cured and 3 cases recurred.It shows that the experimental group is better than the control group in the long-term treatment effect.During the treatment,the patients should pay attention to rest,avoid tiredness,keep the mood smooth,and fast spicy,raw and cold irritant food.The patients were followed up3 months after the treatment.In this study,before and after treatment,the patients’ menstruation and accompanying symptoms were observed.All the clinical data were input into excell form,the contents of clinical observation form were filled in,and statistical analysis was carried out with spss19.0 software.To evaluate the clinical effect of ZiyinZhixue Granule and Baogong Zhixue Granule on the treatment of yin deficiency and blood heat type of menstrual extension.Chinese style.Conclusion:Through the observation and analysis of clinical experiments,Ziyin Zhixue Granule has a better therapeutic effect on prolonging menstrual period(yin deficiency and blood heat syndrome),no side effects,lower recurrence rate,and is safer.It is worth using in clinical. |
