Clinical Curative Effect Observation On The Treatment Of Simple Obesity( Insufficiency Of The Spleen Deficiency And Dampness) With Acupoint Embedding Combining With Auricular Acupressure

Objective: In this study,two methods of acupoint embedding and auricular acupressure are used to treat patients with simple obesity.According to the comparison of traditional acupuncture treatment,the patients’ weight,waist circumference,BMI,and symptom scores are different.To summarize the clinical treatment results of simple obesity with this therapy,and further prove that acupoint embedding and auricular acupoint pressure therapy for simple obesity are clinically effective,easy to operate and suitable for implementation.Methods: 72 patients with simple obesity(all from the outpatient department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Department,the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin Academy of Chinese Medicine Sciences)were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,36 cases in each group,and the treatment group was buried with acupuncture points Combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy,embedding acupoints once every 15 days,2 times as a course of treatment,Auricular acupoint pressing is applied to the left and right ears alternately,and the contralateral ear treatment is changed every 3days,15 days is a course of treatment,a total of two treatment courses.The control group was treated with traditional acupuncture therapy,each time the needle was kept for 30 minutes,15 times as a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment.Observe and summarize the data such as weight,waist circumference,BMI,and symptom score of the patients before and after treatment.After summarizing the materials,analyze them through the statistical software SPSS22.0,and conclude whether this study has clinical effect differences.Results: There was no significant difference between the gender,weight and body mass index of simple obesity patients participating in this clinical study through statistical analysis,P> 0.05,which can be compared within and between groups.1.4 cases of clinical rehabilitation in the treatment group,18 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was85.29%,4 cases of clinical rehabilitation in the control group,7 cases were markedlyeffective,15 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate Is78.79%.Statistical analysis showed that P =0.045<0.05,which was statistically significant.2.Patients’ weight,body mass index,and waist circumference decreased after treatment,P <0.05,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in terms of clinical efficacy.3.The score of the symptom score of the treated patients decreased or recovered asymptomatic,indicating that both treatments were effective and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: The clinical results show that acupoint embedding and auricular acupoint pressure therapy are effective in treating simple obesity(spleen deficiency and dampness),compared with simple acupuncture,simple operation and long-lasting stimulation,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
