Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Qizhu Fuzheng Decoction In The Treatment Of Hypoproteinemia In Cancer Cachexia Of Digestive System

Research objective:By observing the effects of qizhufuzheng decoction on serum protein level,gastrocnemius muscle dimension,quality of life and adverse reactions in patients with malignant hypoproteinemia,the curative effect and safety of qizhufuzheng decoction were clarified,which provided an accurate basis for its clinical application.Research methods:A total of 60 patients with hypoglycemic malignant tumors of the digestive system were included according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.They were randomly divided into a treatment group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases).The treatment group was given Qizhu Fuzheng Decoction combined with basic western medicine treatment,and the control group was given megestrol acetate tablets combined with basic western medicine treatment.Two weeks was a course of treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,the serum total protein,albumin,and globulin of the two groups were observed.,Gastrocnemius muscle dimension,QOL score and adverse reactions were analyzed for statistical data.Results:1.Serum protein: The serum total protein,albumin,and globulin of the two groups of patients were increased after treatment(P <0.05),and the treatment group was more significant than the control group(P <0.05).2.Gastrocnemius muscle dimension: The calf gastrocnemius muscle dimension of both groups increased after treatment(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the effect of the treatment group and control group on the growth and maintenance of the gastrocnemius muscle dimension(P> 0.05).3.Quality of life improvement: QOL scores of both groups were improved after treatment(P <0.05),and the treatment group was more significant than that of chemotherapy group(P <0.05).4.Safety evaluation: Before and during the treatment,60 patients underwent blood tests,liver and kidney functions,electrocardiogram,stool routine tests,and found 0 cases with obvious abnormalities.During the course of treatment,the control group had 2cases of mild nausea and vomiting and 1 case of constipation.The treatment group had no adverse reactions on the skin and the system.Conclusion:1.Qizhu Fuzheng Decoction can effectively increase the total serum protein,albumin and globulin levels of patients;it is helpful for the treatment of cancer cachexia hypoproteinemia;2.Qizhu Fuzheng Decoction helps to increase and maintain the calf gastrocnemius dimension of patients with cancer cachexia hypoproteinemia and effectively reduce muscle atrophy;3.Qizhu Fuzheng Decoction can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with cancer cachexia hypoproteinemia;4.Qizhu Fuzheng Decoction has no obvious toxic and side effects,is safe and effective,and is low in price and convenient to take.It highlights the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in terms of simplicity,convenience,effectiveness and cheapness,and has high clinical application value.
