Exploring The Mechanism Of Action Of Fuzheng Oral Liquid In Treating Cancer Cachexia Based On Network Pharmacolog

Objective: To probe the mechanism of Fu Zheng Oral Liquid in the treatment of cancer cachexia based on the method of network pharmacology.Methods: TCMSP,TCMID and ETCM database were used to search for the compound of all traditional Chinese medicines of Fu Zheng Oral Liquid and TCMSP were used to search for their targets.Genecards and Dis Genet were used to search and screen for targets of cancer cachexia.STRING database were used to construct PPI,using metascape database for GO and KEGG analysis.Results: 1.The main components of Fu Zheng Oral Liquid in the treatment of cancer cachexia include quercetin,luteolin,kaempferol,naringenin,licorice chalcone A,formononetin,betacarotene,isorhamnetin,etc.189 active ingredients.2.The main targets are AKT1,TP53,ALB,CASP3,TNF,VEGFA,IL6,etc.about 134 targets.3.The items involved in the GO analysis include positive regulation of cell migration,regulation of apoptotic signaling pathway,protein kinase activity,ubiquitin-like protein ligase binding,etc.;4.The KEGG signaling pathway of Fu Zheng Oral Liquid in the treatment of cancer cachexia includes Pathways in cancer,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,NF-κB signaling pathway,etc.Conclusion: The relevant targets,signaling pathways and biological processes of Fu Zheng Oral Liquid in the treatment of cancer cachexia have been preliminarily explored.Further experimental research will provide direction for clarifying the mechanism of Fu Zheng Oral Liquid in the treatment of cancer cachexia.
