Recovery Decoction In The Treatment Of Cerebral Infarction In The Clinical Studies

Fuyuanhuoxuetang was applied for cerebral infarction disease, for which we wanted to evaluate its clinical effect and analysis the elementary effect mechanism. 40 patients were in equilibrium divided randomly into testing group and contrasting group, each group 20 cases. Based on general treatment, testing group was applied with Fuyanhuoxuetang; while contrasting group only with general treatment. Some indexes, including hemorheology indexes, blood lipids and safety indexes were examinated before the course of treatment, end of the first course of treatment and end of the second course of treatment respectively, along with the mind, language and movement function. The clinical results showed that the total effect in testing group was better than which in contrasting group (P<0.05). There were difference between testing group and contrasting group for hemorheology indexes, blood lipids and others, in which some indexes had significant difference. There wasn抰 abnormal indexes occurring for safety, which would prove the safety and effect of Fuyuanhuoxuetang. In the end, applying the modem research results of Chinese Medicine to Fuyuanhuoxuetang for discussing the treating mechanism, some essence-gaining for applying was pointed out.
