Clinical Observation Of Xiaoyong Ointment With Internal Administration In The Treatment Of Acute Mastitis At The Initial Stage

Objective : To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoyong Ointment combined with internal administration on patients with primary stage of Acute Mastitis.Methods:The 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1:1,45 in the treatment group and 45 in the control group.The control group was treated by oral administration of Gualouniubang Decoction,and the treatment group was treated with external application of Xiaoyong Ointment on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Each group was treated for 5 days.Through the observation of serum inflammation index,TCM symptom score,breast pain degree,breast mass size,local skin redness range and other local symptoms and systemic symptoms.Spss25.0 software system will be devoted to statistical analysis to compare the curative effect difference between the two groups.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the two groups was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 91.11% and 82.22%,respectively.(2)The degree of breast pain,the area of breast mass,the area of local skin reddening and the index of serum inflammation(CRP,WBC,NETU%)were improved in the two groups(P<0.01).However,in the comparison between the two groups after treatment,except for the serum inflammation index(P >0.05),the difference between the other local symptoms has significant significance(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving local breast symptoms.On the other hand,compared with the control group,the time of breast pain and mass disappearance in the treatment group was shorter.,and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P < 0.05).(3)The total and single symptom scores of TCM symptoms in two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).However,compared with the two groups,the total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05).(4)In terms of single TCM symptom score,symptoms of local breast lesions in the treatment group(breast pain,breast mass size,local skin redness,milk discharge)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),but the scores of systemic symptoms(body temperature,pulse,cold and fever,head pain,thirst,constipation)were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion : The results of this clinical trial show that the therapeutic effect ofXiaoyong Ointment combined with internal administration on primary stage of Acute Mastitis is definite.Compared with the single oral Chinese medicine treatment,Xiaoyong Ointment combined with internal administration has more advantages.It can effectively improve the local symptoms of breast,and help the patients to recover early.
