Effect Of Bushen Paidu Shengxue Decoction On Microinflammatory Indicators And Hypoxia Inducing Factor Levels In Patients With Renal Anemia

Objective: To observe the correlation between anemia related indexes and microinflammation and hypoxia inducible factor(HIF)levels through clinical investigation of patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)stage 3-4complicated with renal anemia.Clinical research observes the changes of clinical symptoms,blood routine indexes,various inflammatory indexes and HIF levels before and after the intervention of Bushen Paidu Shengxue Decoction,discusses the curative effect and mechanism of Bushen Paidu Shengxue Decoction on patients,and provides ideas for syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease.Methods: 120 patients with CKD stage 3-4 complicated with renal anemia were clinically investigated,and the anemia,microinflammation indexes and serum HIF levels of the patients were observed,and the correlation of the above indexes was analyzed.86 cases of the above patients were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table.Observation group was treated with Bushen Paidu Shengxue Decoction,200 m L each time,and warm taken twice in the morning and evening.Control group was treated with Niaoduqing Granules,1 bag after three meals a day,2 bags before sleep,and taken with warm boiled water.Two groups of patients took drugs for 4 weeks as a course of treatment and were observed for 8 weeks.The clinical symptoms,blood routine,renal function,iron metabolism,microinflammatory index and HIF-1α level of the two groups ofpatients before and after treatment were compared.SPSS 21.0 software was used to process and analyze the data.The therapeutic effect of Bushen Paidu Shengxue Decoction on CKD3-4 patients complicated with renal anemia was observed and its mechanism of action was discussed.Results: the syndrome score of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment(p < 0.01),and there was significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.05).the observation group was superior to the control group.Blood routine and renal function indexes of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(p < 0.05).the observation group was better than the control group in improving blood routine and urea nitrogen level(p < 0.01).there was no significant difference in serum creatinine and endogenous creatinine clearance rate between the two groups.The iron metabolism index in the observation group was improved compared with that before treatment(p < 0.05),and the degree of transferrin saturation increased significantly compared with the control group(p < 0.01).The microinflammatory index and HIF-1α level in the observation group were lower than those before treatment(p < 0.01),and there were significant differences compared with the control group(p <0.01).The total effective rate(87.5%)and the total effective rate(82.5%)of TCM syndromes in the observation group are better than those in the control group(66.7%,55.3%),with significant difference between the groups(p <0.05).Conclusion: Bushen Paidu Shengxue Decoction is effective in treating renal anemia and improving micro-inflammatory state of patients,which may be related to inhibiting inflammatory factors and reducing HIF-1α level.
