Clinical Observation Of Shengxue Jianpi Decoction Combined With Oral Solution Of Protein Iron Succinate In The Treatment Of Nutritional Iron Deficiency Anemia In Children With Spleen And Stomach Weakness

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shengxue Jianpi Decoction combined with oral solution of protein iron succinate on nutritional iron deficiency anemia in children with spleen and stomach weakness.Method:In this study,a randomized controlled trial method was used to select 60 children who were admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 and were consistent with pediatric nutritional iron deficiency anemia with spleen and stomach weakness,and randomly divided into a treatment group(31 cases)and a control group(29 cases).The experimental group was given iron succinate oral solution He Shengxue Jianpi Decoction oral,the control group was given iron succinate oral solution oral.Both groups were given medicine for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.The changes of symptoms and signs and the changes of hemoglobin content before and after the treatment were observed and recorded.The efficacy was evaluated after the course of treatment,and recurrence was recorded at a 6-month followup.Result:1.A total of 60 cases were completed in this study.There were no significant differences in gender,age,illness,course of disease and TCM syndromes between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),which was comparable.2.The symptoms of TCM in both groups were improved after treatment,and the difference was significant compared with before treatment(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the improvement of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).3.After treatment,hemoglobin content in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the hemoglobin content in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).4.After treatment,27 cases were cured in the treatment group,4 cases were effective,0cases were effective and 0 cases were ineffective.The cure rate was 87.10%.In the control group,17 cases were cured,10 cases showed obvious effect,2 cases were effective and 0 cases were ineffective.The cure rate was 58.62%.The recovery rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was 11.11%,lower than that in the control group(41.18%),and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Oral Shengxue Jianpi Decoction combined with oral solution of protein iron succinate has a definite effect on pediatric nutritional iron deficiency anemia with spleen and stomach weakness.2.The therapeutic effect of oral Shengblood Jianspleen Decoction combined with oral solution of protein iron succinate on clinical symptoms and signs of pediatric nutritional iron deficiency anemia with spleen and stomach weakness,such as pale complexion,lip color,loss of appetite,loss of spirit,sweating,irritability,and unadjusted stool,is significantly better than that of oral solution of protein iron succinate alone.3.Oral Shengxue Jianpi Decoction combined with oral solution of protein iron succinate can improve hemoglobin in children with pediatric nutritional iron deficiency anemia with spleen and stomach weakness compared with oral solution of protein iron succinate alone.4.Oral Shengxue Jianpi Decoction combined with oral solution of protein iron succinate in the treatment of pediatric nutritional iron deficiency anemia with spleen and stomach weakness can reduce its recurrence rate,and the long-term effect is good.
