Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Decoction Of Cassia Twig And Ephedra Combined With Auricular Point Sticking Methodon Wind Cold Urticaria

Objective:The decoction of cassia twig and ephedra Combined with auricular point sticking therapy was used to treat the urticaria with wind cold tract phenotype.The clinical effect and advantages were evaluated comprehensively,and the unique therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with characteristic Chinese medicine was discussed.Methods:We divided 91 cases of wind cold urticaria into treatment group,traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group.The treatment group was treated with the combination of decoction of cassia twig and ephedra between auricular points sticking method.The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with decoction of cassia twig and ephedra.The other control group: Ebastine.The curative effect,skin disease quality of life index score,adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate were observed after4 weeks and 8 weeks respectively.I choose to use SPSS20.0 software to process data.Results:1.Urticaria activity score,DLQI score,urticaria pruritus score and wind mass skin damage score analysis: there was statistical significance between the three groups before treatment and at the end of 4 and 8 week(P<0.05);4 weeks,the differences among the three groups were not significant(P>0.05);8 weeks,The differences between the treatment group and the other two were significant(P<0.05).2.The overall efficiency of the treatment group was 63.33% and 93.33%at the end of 4 and 8 week,traditional Chinese medicine group was 63.33% and 76.67%.Control group 2 was 70.97% and 83.87%.4 weeks,there was no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05);8 weeks,the differences between the treatment group and the other two were significant(P<0.05).3.Comparative analysis of short-term recurrence rates among the three groups ofpatients: The recurrence rates of the treatment group,the Chinese medicine group,and the western medicine group within 1 month after treatment were respectively 14.29%,12.50%and 22.22%.Short-term recurrence was not statistically significant in the three groups by statistical examination(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of decoction of cassia twig and ephedra combined with auricular point sticking method on urticaria with wind cold band phenotype is positive and obvious.
