Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Cholinergic Urticaria With Guizhi Decoction And Gypsum Prescription

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Guizhi Decoction plus Gypsum Decoction combined with loratadine tablets in treating patients with cholinergic urticaria,and to explore the efficacy and safety of Guizhi Decoction plus Gypsum Decoction in treating cholinergic urticaria,so as to provide a new idea for clinical treatment of cholinergic urticaria.Methods: Research object selection during January,2020 to January2019 in shijiazhuang city hospital dermatology clinic diagnose and included in the standard of 60 patients with cholinergic urticaria patients,and sign the informed consent form,adopt the method of computer random number is divided into the treatment group 30 cases and control group,30 cases in the control group given loratadine tablets,the treatment group on the basis of loratadine tablet give guizhi tonga gypsum party add and subtract oral Chinese medicine,two groups of patients were treated for a week after the visit,a total of 2 weeks,record the two groups of patients before and after 7 days and 14 days after treatment of each index of clinical observations,Both shedding and adverse events were recorded.Observation index: wind group number,wind group size,duration,attack frequency,itching degree.According to the recorded results,the symptom score decline index was calculated by nimodipine method,and the two groups of patients were divided into four grades: recovery,obvious effect,effective and ineffective.Finally,the total effective rate was obtained,and SPSS22.0 software was used to analyze the data to evaluate the efficacy.Results:(1)there were significant differences in symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.01),and there were differences between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05);(2)the total effective rate of the two groups was different(P < 0.05);(3)the recurrence rate of the two groups was different(P < 0.05).(4)Safety observation showed that there was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Guizhi decoction and gypsum prescription combined with loratadine tablets in the treatment of cholinergic urticaria has good clinical efficacy,can effectively reduce the number of wind groups,reduce the size of wind groups,shorten the duration,reduce the frequency of attack,reduce the degree of itching,recovery after the recurrence rate is low,high drug safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
