Safe and efficient hemostatic materials are essential for military treatment and life care.Graphene-based hemostatic sponge is an important member of inorganic hemostatic materials and provides a new ideas for the development of ideal hemostatic materials.In recent years,graphene-based hemostatic sponges have undergone considerable development,and have been developed from cross-linked graphene sponges to inorganic composite hemostatic sponges,and their performance has been significantly improved.Although montmorillonite-graphene composite hemostatic sponges solve the problem of vascular embolism caused by free montmorillonite,concerns about the potential risks of montmorillonite remain.In order to avoid the above risks and further improve the hemostatic properties of the composite graphene sponge,we optimized and designed a kaolin-graphene composite hemostatic sponge(GKCS).The hemostatic properties and biosafety of the materials were demonstrated by animal experiments,blood compatibility evaluation,cytotoxicity experiments and molecular level analysis.Inorganic clay particles can be anchored by CGS to eliminate their toxic and side effects.We introduced zeolite into CGS to prepare zeolite-graphene composite sponge(Z-CGS).Z-CGS not only eliminates the zeolite Burns,and the thermal conductivity of graphene effectively regulates the exothermic reaction of the system.Under the combined action of thermal stimulation,charge stimulation and physical adsorption,the hemostatic performance of Z-CGS was greatly improved.In summary,graphene sponge can be used as a platform material to compound with different hemostatic excipients.The final material integrates the advantages of the basic unit and eliminates the respective short plates,improving the overall hemostatic performance and biosafety and solving the existing scientific problems on the other hand.By studying the hemostatic properties and mechanism of graphene composite sponge,it provides a new perspective for the development of ideal hemostatic materials,and provides a new direction for the application of graphene materials in the field of biomedicine.
