A lot of D-pyran glucose each other in β-(1-4) linear molecule glycosidic, its molecular structure of (C6H10O5) n. The content of cellulose fiber cotton is close to 100%, the most natural source of pure cellulose, modified cellulose is the main raw material.In this paper, the properties of modified cellulose, screening out the performance for the preparation of hemostatic sponge material, mainly with hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and hydroxyethyl cellulose.The hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose absorption capacity and swelling water absorption rate can reach more than 40 times. The viscosity is close to 183000cp. Then through exploring the freeze drying process to produce sponge, got the best freeze dry technology:pre freezing time is set in 180 minutes, keeping time of not less than 270 minutes, pre freezing temperature control set-5℃. And we can ensure the product qualified rate in more than 90%. A drying temperature is not higher than-12℃,and a drying duration is not less than 17 hours, to ensure the dry sponge will not collapse. The secand drying time keeping 2 hours, and drying temperature keeping between 7℃-10℃, can guarantee the water content in 12%-20%.This article through to the sponge of loss on drying and resistance to radiation sterilization, radiation sterilization sponge color changes, for the detection of anti penetration capability of sponge after radiation sterilization, the effect of reverse analysis of elastic sponge after pressing, the optimum water content in sponge: 12%-20%. Study on the relationship between humidity and sponge environmental loss on drying, obtained in compliance with environmental standards workshop humidity, namely 45%-65%, sponge loss on drying keep balance with the requirements of 12%-20%.Due to study the characteristics of existing sponge, we set up a set of methods to evaluate performance of the sponge. According to test the nature of Sponge of Modified Cellulose, such as absorbing capacity of anti penetration,the adhesion force,and flexibility of sponge, found the sponge of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose is the best one. Especially in the resistance and flexibility. Existing sponge was obviously improved. Finally, through animal experiments, further confirmed the application of several kinds of different hemostatic sponge, proved that the sponge of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose is the most effective. |
