| Uncontrolled bleeding is the primary cause of death at the scene.The mortality will be greatly reduced by timely hemostasis with appropriate methods.Minerals(such as hydroxyapatite and kaolin)are one kind of hemostatic materials with high hemostatic efficiency and low preparation difficulty,but they are criticized for their exothermic side effects and poor biocompatibility.Therefore,it is of both research significance and application value to effectively utilize the procoagulant properties of mineral hemostatic materials,avoid their exothermic side effects and biological toxicity,and improve the application of these hemostatic materials.HAP/PDA hemostatic materials were prepared by freeze-drying technology by compounding hydroxyapatite(HAP)and polydopamine(PDA)in different proportions.The material characterization by UV,IR and SEM showed that the polydopamine was successfully loaded on hydroxyapatite.HAP/PDA materials could achieve anticoagulant coagulation of pig blood in 252 s,and had good hemostatic effect on liver injury and femoral artery injury of SD rats.HAP/PDA hemostatic material could successfully stop liver injury of SD rats in 124 s,and the blood loss is only 0.0999 g.And in femoral artery injury test of SD rats,the hemostatic time and bleeding volume were 131 s and 1.4574 g,respectively.Compared with the blank control,there was no side effect of exothermic.By exploring the hemostatic mechanism such as water absorption,hemodynamics and activation of coagulation reaction,the possible hemostasis for HAP/PDA was a result of the synergism of vessels shrinking,absorbing of blood cells and activation of coagulation.The results of cytotoxicity,hemolysis and skin inflammatory tests showed that HAP/PDA had good biocompatibility and good application prospect.We further explore the influence of material preparation methods on hemostatic materials.Electrospun hemostatic hemostatic membranes were prepared by electrospinning with different proportions of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and kaolin(KAO)within 4 h.SEM results showed that kaolin could be effectively dispersed on PVA substrate.Electrospun membranes could achieve the coagulation of anticoagulant pig blood as quick as 254 s.The hemostatic time and blood loss were 167 s and 0.2100 g in the liver injury test of SD rats,which were significantly improved compared with the blank control group.In addition,it can effectively reduce the activation time of internal and external hemostasis pathways by 10%.At the same time,the cytotoxicity and hemolysis of electrospun membranes were low,and the red blood cells of the hemolysis test kept healthy and round.Therefore,the electrospun membranes have a certain application prospect. |
