| Oral health is the parts of overall health,which is one of the ten most important standards of human health by WHO.Oral disease is frequently-occurring disease in China that affects the health of residents in our country.It has become an important public health problem in China.The rapid growth of patients leaded to the problem that outpatient medical resources are extremely constrained,so private hospitals were in urgent need,and it has became an effective way of meeting people’s multilevel and diversified medical service demands.In this study,a mixed research method was applied to discuss the person-job fit of dental nurses in HM.It showed four aspects problems.Firstly,senior management thought little of nursing human resource construction,the main performance that the company thought highly of short-term profits,and social cognitive deviation brought huge impacts,and high turnover rates of nurses in the new stores were not solved in time.Secondly,there were a low fit between the demands and abilities of nurses,the main performance that nurse election and recruitment were not scientific,and the company thought little of nurses’ continue education and professional title promotion,and the company ignored training of new nurses.Thirdly,organizational supplies did not fit with individual value,the main performance that incentive supply,training supply,and career development supply did not meet nurses’ needs well.Last but not least,the competency and management efficiency of nursing managers needed further improvement.To solve these problems,there are four measures.Firstly,put the nursing human resource construction to the strategic level,and think highly of developing the nurse career cognitive guidance,and enhance the stability of nursing staff in new stores.Secondly,improve the fit level between demands and abilities,and optimize selection and recruitment standards,and encourage nurses to continue education and professional title promotion,at the same time,attach great importance to the new nurses’ training.Thirdly,we also should strengthen the fit level of incentive supply,training supply,and career planning with nurses’ needs.Lastly,we also should pay attention to nursing managers’ development,and improve their competency and management efficiency.Based on problem-oriented,we proposed problems as well as solutions in order to promote the person-job fit of nurses,it can enhance nurses’ job satisfaction,reduce turnover intention,sequentially improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises and realize sustainable development. |
