Objectives To analyze the PDA scan rate of the patients in each ward of Tangshan Gongren Hospital; To investigate the willingness of nurses to use the PDA and it's related influencing factors. Methods 1 Selected the previous day PDA scan data of infusion, intravenous injection, intramuscular injection, subcutaneous injection, atomization inhalation, specimen collection, round time of grading nursing system in the ward of Tangshan Gongren Hospital on November 16,December 16,2016 and January 16,2017,respectively.Calculated the number of all kinds of nursing manipulation by the doctors' order on the research day.According to the nursing grade of patients, the number of nursing rounds should be done, and the scan rate of each nursing manipulation and nursing rounds were analyzed.Obtain the nursing adverse events two years before and after PDA use.2 From November,2016 to January,2017,a questionnaire survey of the nurses in the group was conducted for 3 months. The following scales was adopted, the status quo of clinical application of PDA,Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),Chinese nurses working pressure source scale.3 Using EXCEL to establish a database, double input of data was conducted, and statistical descriptive analysis was carried out by using SPSS17.0 soft ware package.T test,F analysis and multiple stepwise linear regression were used for description. Results 1 PDA scan rate of administration and nursing round in each ward of Tangshan Gongren Hospital: intravenous infusion of medical wards, surgical ward and intensive care unit(ICU)was the most(59.9% medical wards,65.4% surgical ward,67.4% ICU,63.2% in whole hospital)in all the nursing operations,The scan rate of all the operations, such as the medicine preparation check, dosing check, ampoule check, implementation check haven't reached 100%,there is potential security risk of drug using; There was the highest scan rate in intravenous infusion of all the scans in medicine preparation check, dosing check, ampoule check, implementation check.According to the grading nursing system, nursing round is once to twice in an hour for the patients with first class nursing, once in two hours for those with second class nursing, once in three hours for those with the third class nursing. It showed that nursing round scan rate hasn't reached 85%.The scan rate in surgical ward was better than those in medical ward. The interval hasn't meet the requirements even though the total number of times were enough.2 The use of PDA reduces the nursing adverse events associated with identification and ensures the safety of patients.3 The total score of nurses' willingness to use PDA is 41~80(63.86±13.71),which is at a medium upper level.4 The average number of patients in charge, gender, training mode, cognition of PDA,acceptance of PDA,hospital support system, years of work, education, professional title, age, are the factors affecting the willingness of nurses to use PDA.Conclusions 1 Although the nursing adverse events associated with identification has reduced after PDA use,the PDA scan rate in all the nursing operations and the scan rate of nursing inspection haven't reached 100%.The supervisor needs to strengthen supervision and inspection from quality control to ensure the safety of the patients.2 The nurses' willingness to use PDA is relatively high. But it is still necessary to take corresponding measures from PDA hardware facilities, hospital support system, training and so on to improve the nurses' willingness to use PDA.3 The average number of patients in charge, gender, training mode, cognition of PDA,acceptance of PDA,hospital support system, years of work, education, professional title and age are the main factors affecting the willingness of nurses to use PDA.
