Research On Influencing Factors Of Community Management Of Mental Illness Patients Based On Community Health Perspective

In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy,the psychological pressure on the population has gradually increased.Coupled with the common influence of genetic factors and environmental factors,the incidence of various types of mental disorders has gradually increased.As the capital of China,Beijing has a large population and high density,and the number of patients with various mental illnesses is correspondingly higher.Due to the relative lack of hardware and software resources for hospitalization services for mentally ill patients in China,a considerable proportion of patients with mental illness can only choose to complete a long rehabilitation process in the community.Once a mentally ill patient leaves the hospital and returns to the community,according to Beijing’s norms,it is necessary to accept the management of relevant personnel of the community health service center within the jurisdiction.The effect of this kind of management,the risk factors of the sickness of patients with mental illness in the community,how to conduct risk assessment and early warning of this type of patient is the entry point of this study.In this study,the mental illness patients and their guardians under the jurisdiction of the Tieying Community Health Service Center,Beijing were selected as the main research objects.Questionnaire design survey,data analysis and other methods were used to investigate the situation of some patients.The characteristics of patients with mental illness are described from multiple dimensions.This study used a questionnaire designed by ourselves to conduct a questionnaire survey of patients.Based on the answer to the questionnaire,based on the mature mathematical statistics method,the factors influencing the fluctuation of the disease in the community mental illness patients were screened out.A qualitative and objective summary and analysis of the mental health management strategy of this community health service center.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The number of mental illness patients under the jurisdiction of Tieying Community Health Service Center is large,and the distribution of general information such as diagnosis,gender,age,and academic qualifications of patients has certain representative meaning and can be Find out why this distribution is present.More in-depth information can be drawn from an in-depth analysis of the patient’s current situation.(2)The vast majority of patients participated in the questionnaire survey,and also selected a number of factors that have an impact on the community management effect of patients with mental illness.In the future work,interventions can be taken against the above factors.(3)The management system for mentally ill patients using the health system,government system and public security system in Tieying area has many advantages,but also has certain shortcomings.On the basis of achieving work results,certain improvements are needed.
