Mental Illness Patients Medication Compliance Status And Influencing Factors Of Research

Objective:Research of mental illness patients discharged from hospital two years status and prognosis in patients with medication adherence, explore may influence factors of mental illness patients medication compliance, as a mental illness patients after discharge medication adherence.Methods: Choose 430 patients with mental illness in the second people’s hospital of hengyang city after 1 January 2012 with 2 years,adopt the self-designed questionnaire, by way of questionnaire and telephone follow-up in the current situation and influencing factors of the medication compliance investigation, questionnaires, 430 valid questionnaires, 410 questionnaires effective rate was 95.3%, the application of SPSS 18.0 statistical software to establish statistical analysis of data file and rate or form than compared by chi-square test,medication adherence to rank the results using nonparametric test.Inspection level = 0.05.Results:1, mental illness patients medication compliance rate was83.9%, including full compliance rate was 40.5%. Full compliance of patients with recurrence rate is far lower than some compliance or fromrecurrence, completely different medication compliance in patients with recurrence rate differences statistically significant;2, the medication compliance of patients with mental illness, the patient’s age, culture level, region, marital status, family per capita income, age, cultural degree is high, family economic income good patient compliance, the better; Better than the rural urban patients,married medication compliance of patients with spouse was better than single single;3, different types of mental illness patients medication compliance,the difference was statistically significant to organic mental disorders adherence is best, worst compliance of schizophrenia patients;4, the side effects of drugs and drug types affect patients’ medication adherence, types of patients medication side effects and drug,the more adherence to the worse; Has the support of family members and the society, people with mental illness the medication compliance is higher.Conclusion: the mental illness two years of poor medication compliance,patients’ medication adherence by individual factors, social and family factors, medical factors.
