| Objective:To compare and analyze the short-term and long-term efficacy and prognostic factors of 102 sudden deafness patients.Contents: The clinical data of 102 sudden deafness patients hospitalized in our hospital from 2012 to 2014 were retrospectively analyzed, including age, sex, educational,Course of disease, history of diabetes and hypertension, blood lipid, fasting blood glucose,Blood rheology, affected ear,After 2 weeks of treatment, hearing test results were repeated, and the hearing results were over 1 years after discharge. The short-term and long-term outcomes of 102 sudden deafness patients were compared, and the prognostic factors of short-term and long-term outcomes were further analyzed.102 cases of sudden deafness were further divided into 38 cases with vertigo and 64 cases with sudden deafness. The short-term and long-term effects of 38 cases with vertigo and 64 cases with sudden deafness were compared under the same influencing factors, and the prognostic factors of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Methods:the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS17.0 software.102 patients with sudden deafness were compared on the premise of the same influence factors, and the total effective rate was compared with the short term, and the chi square test was used. The R and C tables were established for each influence factor and short-term curative effect and long-term curative effect.Chi square test was used.Fisher exact probability method was used for less cases.102 cases of sudden deafness were further divided into 38 cases with vertigo group and 64 cases with sudden deafness group. Results: 1.In 102 sudden deafness patients, the short-term total effective rate was 56.86%,and the long-term total effective rate was 69.61%.Under the same influencing factors, the long-term total effective rate was higher than the short-term total effective rate in female group,18-59 years old group,TG abnormality group,LDL abnormality group,HDL abnormality group and blood flow abnormality group.Age,blood lipids blood glucose, blood rheology, hearing curve type were the influencing factors of short-term prognosis of sudden deafness.Age,blood lipids blood rheology, hearing curve type were the influencing factors of long-term prognosis.2.Among 38 cases of sudden deafness with vertigo, the short-term total effective rate was 47.37%,the long-term total effective rate was 65.79%.Under the same influencing factors, the long-term total effective rate was higher than the short-term total effective rate in 18-59 years old group, abnormal blood glucose group and total deafness group. The short-term prognosis was related to gender, hypertension, blood lipid, blood glucose, type of hearing curve. The long-term prognosis was related to blood lipid. The curative effect of each factor group was compared, and the difference was statistically significant.3.64 cases of sudden deafness group, the short-term total effective rate was 62.5%,the long-term total effective rate was 71.88%,in the same influencing factors,18-59 years old group, the long-term total effective rate was greater than the short-term total effective rate, the difference was statistically significant. The short-term prognosis was related to blood lipids and blood rheology. The long-term prognosis was related to age, blood lipids blood rheology and type of hearing curve. The curative effect of each factor group was compared, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: 1.102 cases of sudden deafness patients long-term curative effect is better than the short-term curative effect, and need to observe and monitor the blood lipid, blood rheology in the long-term treatment, with the growth of age,pay attention to sudden deafness patients with complications, according to the different hearing curve, give the corresponding treatment program, will help to improve the cure rate of sudden deafness patients.2.In 38 cases of sudden deafness with vertigo, the long-term effect is better than the short-term effect.Lipid metabolism therapy should be emphasized in the short-term and long-term recovery of sudden deafness with vertigo.3.In the 64 cases of sudden deafness, the long-term effect is better than the short-term effect. The lipid metabolism and blood viscosity should be improved in the near future and in the long-term recovery. |
