Objective: This paper mainly compares the age and degree of hearing loss with the curative effect of sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SSNHL)in many aspects, and further analyzes its impact on the curative effect of patients with flat descent type of SSNHL,so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment. Methods : A total of 201 patients with flat descent type of SSNHL from Jan.,2016 to May.,2021 were selected and treated in Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University.According to age, there were 30 cases in group A(20-39 years old),93 cases in group B(40-59 years old)and 78 cases in group C(≥ 60 years old).According to the grading standard of hearing loss formulated by the World Health Organization(WHO)in 1997,there were 80 cases of moderate deafness(16 cases in group A,38 cases in group B and 26 cases in group C)and 121 cases of severe deafness(14 cases in group A,55 cases in group B and 52 cases in group C).Systematic treatment(hormone + Ginkgo biloba extract(intravenous injection)+ batroxobin + mecobalamin(oral administration)and hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatment were carried out according to the diagnosis and treatment guidelines for SSNHL of Chinese Medical Association in 2015.Pure tone audiometry was used to detect the hearing threshold of patients before and after treatment. The hearing threshold of each group was compared before and after treatment, and the curative effect was analyzed.Results:1.The hearing threshold of the three age groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.001).2.In terms of treatment effect in different age groups, there was significant difference between group A and group C,between group B and group C(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference between group A and group B(P > 0.05).3.In patients with moderate hearing loss, the hearing threshold of the three age groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05).4.In patients with severe hearing loss, hearing threshold of three age groups was lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05).5.In the degree of moderate hearing loss, the curative effect of different age groups was compared, there was significant difference between group A and group C(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between group A and group B,between group B and group C(P > 0.05).6.In the degree of severe hearing loss, the curative effect of different age groups was compared, there was no significant difference among groups A,B and C(P > 0.05).7.There was no significant difference in the degree of hearing loss of different age groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.After treatment, the hearing of patients with moderately and severely flat descent type of SSNHL had been improved differently.2.In patients with moderately flat descent type of SSNHL,age is the influencing factor of its curative effect, and the curative effect of patients with SSNHL over 60 years old is relatively poor. However,in patients with severely flat descent type of SSNHL,age is not the influencing factor of its curative effect.
