Study On Status And Countermeasures Of Community Health Services In Xingtai Of Hebei Province

Community health service is a health care service mechanism established by the government-led,community and health service institutions to meet the basic needs of people's health services.With the support of relevant national policies,the development of community health service centers in China is getting faster and faster,and at the same time,the important position in China's overall medical service system is also growing.One of the key factors driving the development of community health services is human resources.The rationality of their configuration will have an important impact on the quality of medical services and long-term development of community health service centers.However,at present,the community health service center still has many problems in the allocation of human resources.The composition of human resources,human resources training and its structure are difficult to meet the long-term development needs of the community health service center in Xingtai of Hebei Province.In view of this,this paper will conduct an in-depth analysis of the human resources allocation of community health services in Xingtai,and find out the problems existing in the current human resources allocation of community health services,so as to propose improved countermeasures and suggestions.Specifically,this paper firstly analyzes the research status,related concepts and basic theories of community health services at home and abroad,and provides theoretical guidance for the necessity of research and the investigation and analysis of the status quo of human resources allocation of community health services in Xingtai.Secondly,through questionnaires,combined with statistical analysis methods,grey system theory models,Lorenz curves and Gini coefficient,from the composition of human resources in community health services,human resources training,human resource satisfaction,human resource demand forecast,human resources Based on the five aspects of resource fairness analysis,the statistical analysis of the status quo of community health service human resource allocation was carried out.Finally,for the above five aspects,there is currently the human resources allocation of community health service.The problem was deeply analyzed and proposed measures to improve the human resources allocation of community health services in Xingtai of Hebei Province.
