Objective: To apply the Omaha system as a simplified and better system of nursing procedures and theoretical frameworks, and to apply the Omaha system to patients with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy based on the existing overall responsibility model of responsibility.Screening the main nursing problems of hospitalized patients with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy, evaluating the improvement of nursing outcomes after nursing intervention, thereby improving patients' knowledge(K),behavior(B),status(S)and improving patient quality of life. Methods: This is a quasi-experimental research.Atotal of 82 patients with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy were enrolled in the Department of Obstetrics,Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University with continuous enrollment, randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Based on literature review and Omaha system theory, through expert meeting and pre-experiment,develop and improve the hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy "patients during the hospitalization evaluation evaluation record record",involving the environmental field, social physiology, physiological field, health related A total of 25 health issues were identified in four areas of behavior. The problem classification system was used to screen the patient's problems, the intervention system was used to develop targeted interventions for the patients, the nurses were instructed to implement the interventions,The patient evaluation questions were scored before and after intervention on the day of admission, the seventh day,and the day of discharge.Knowledge, behavior, and status score data were processed and analyzed using SPSS 24.0 software package, and descriptive statistics were used to analyze baseline data and existing problems of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Repeated measures analysis of variance was used to analyze patients at different time points.Knowledge, behavior, and status scores;the quality of life of patients with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy was investigated on the day of admission and six weeks after delivery using the Quality of Life Scale(SF-36),and the quality of life of patients was analyzed by t test.Score the situation and evaluate the effect of the intervention.Results:1.The baseline data of age, gestational age, pregnancy time, parity, place of residence, whether it was an unplanned pregnancy, whether it had received assisted reproductive technology, and family income were comparable, and the difference was not statistically significant(p> 0.05).1.Patient care problems and outcomes in the experimental group:1 In the experimental group,264,159,and 236 nursing problems occurred on the day of admission, the seventh day,and the day of discharge, all of which were based on nursing problems in the physiological field.2 According to the incidence rate ?30%,There were 8,7 and 8 nursing problems in the experimental group on the day of admission, the 7th day,and the day of discharge, including cycling,cognition,digestion-hydration,role change, and mental health.3 During the hospitalization of patients in the experimental group, the KBS of pain,digestive-hydration,postpartum,and mental health care problems were statistically significant at different stages of hospitalization(p<0.05).3.Quality of life before and after intervention in both groups:the quality of life of the experimental group after intervention, except for the physical pain dimension, the scores of other dimensions were higher than before the intervention(p<0.05).After the implementation of routine care in the control group, only the physiological function and physiological function dimension scores were significantly increased(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of quality of life between the experimental group and the control group before the intervention(p>0.05),except for the physiological function and physiological function dimensions of the experimental group, the other dimensions and the total score of the physical health field, the total score of the mental health field and the total score of the quality of life were higher than the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.The Omaha system is able to comprehensively assess the patient's care issues, provide a guided intervention direction for the nurse, and be able to effectively evaluate patient care issues.2.The Omaha system-based care model can improve the patient's knowledge, behavior, and status of the disease,as well as improve the patient's quality of life.
