Clinical Study On Jiawei Huangqi Sichong Decoction In The Treatment Of Lumbar Spinal Stenosis With Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective: to evaluate the efficacy and mechanism of Jiawei Huangqi Sichong decoction in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,and to provide a new method for the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Chosed 60 patients from January 2018 to January 2019,and the patient was diagnosed with lumbar spinal stenosis in the outpatient department or inpatient department of Ningde traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,and the Chinese medicine diagnosed low back pain,and the syndrome was kidney deficiency and blood stasis.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30).VAS(Visual analog scales),intermittent claudication distance,claudication evaluation and TCM symptom score were used as the main observation indexes.The experimental group was given Jiawei Huangqi Sichong decoction orally.The control group was given celecoxib and mecobalamin tablets orally.Both the experimental group and the control group were taken for 2 weeks.After treatment,the observation indexes of the two groups were recorded again,and the data within and between groups were compared and analyzed.All the data were analyzed by spss22.0 software,P< 0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Results:1.Data of patients in the two groups were analyzed.There was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease,VAS score,intermittent claudication distance,claudication score and TCM symptom score between the two groups(P > 0.05).It shows that there is comparability and homogeneity between the two groups.2.After treatment,the VAS score,intermittent claudication distance,claudication score and TCM symptom score of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score,neurogenic claudication distance and claudication score between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).However,in the score of TCM symptoms,the experimental group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 80.00%.Both groups were effective.The difference was statistically significant.5.In the clinical observation of the two groups of patients,the incidence of adverse events was 6.67% in the experimental group and 10.00% in the control group.Both groups had mild adverse reactions,which did not affect the progress of the experiment.There was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusions: Jiawei Huangqi Sichong decoction can effectively improve the lumbar and leg pain,neurogenic claudication,waist and knee weakness,dizziness,tinnitus,dark complexion and other corresponding TCM clinical symptoms in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,which is worth popularizing and using in clinical practice.Jiawei Huangqi Sichong decoction has unique advantages in improving the systemic symptoms and TCM syndromes of patients,and there is no obvious gastrointestinal reaction in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.the internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine has a good prospect in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.
