Clinical Observation Of Bushen Zhuangyao Decoction In The Treatment Of Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency

Objective:This topic is to study the clinical efficacy of Bushen Zhuangyao Decoction in treating liver and kidney deficiency type lumbar spinal stenosis,to objectively evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Bushen Zhuang Yaofang,and to provide objective for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine to treat lumbar spinal stenosis Basis.Research methods:From October 2018 to October 2019,60 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis of liver-kidney deficiency type were selected based on the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria among the patients who were treated in the Department of Orthopaedics and Trauma of Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.Divided into 2 groups according to random and controlled methods,30 patients in the treatment group were given orally with Bushen Zhuang Yao Decoction,and at the same time bed rest,were instructed in functional exercise;30 patients in the control group were given Huanshao capsules,and at the same time bed rest,were instructed in functional exercise.Two weeks for one course,a total of two courses of treatment.After each course of treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was compared according to the judgment criterion of efficacy,and safety observation was performed.The pain VAS score,Lumbar spine angle,Oswestry Disability Index and TCM syndrome effect score before and after treatment were observed and recorded.SPSSAU statistical software package was used for data processing.Measurement data with mean+/-standard deviation analysis of statistical description,to normal distribution and f test,meet the requirement with the t test for data analysis,does not meet the requirement with rank and inspection for data analysis,counting data by chi-square test,P<0.05 was statistically significant,P=0.01 or less as a highly statistically significant,P>0.05,no statistical significance.Results:1.After 4 weeks of treatment,there were 8 cases of significant effect in the treatment group of Bushen Zhuangyao Decoction,20 cases of effect and 2 cases of no effect,with a total effective rate of 93.33%;there were 2 cases of significant effect in the control group of Huanshao capsules,21 cases of effect and 7 cases of no effect,with a total effective rate of 93.33%;2.Treatment 2 weeks,the two groups in the VAS score,Oswestry Disability Index group comparison,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.The results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing pain and improving lumbar spine function at the 2-week course.Treatment 2 weeks,the two groups in the Lumbar spine angle group comparison,P>0.05,the difference is not statistically significant.The results showed that the treatment group was not better than the control group in improving lumbar spine extension at the 2-week course.3.Treatment 4 weeks,the two groups in the VAS score,Oswestry Disability Index and Lumbar spine angle group comparison,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.The results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing pain,improving lumbar spine function and lumbar spine extension at the 4-week course.4.Treatment 2 weeks,the two groups in the VAS score,Oswestry Disability Index and Lumbar spine angle before and after the treatment comparison,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.It shows that the 2-week course of treatment is effective for the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis of liver and kidney yin deficiency.5.Treatment 4 weeks,the two groups in the VAS score,Oswestry Disability Index and Lumbar spine angle before and after the treatment comparison,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.It shows that the 4-week course of treatment is effective for the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis of liver and kidney yin deficiency.6.No significant adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of the two groups.Conclusion:1.Bushen Zhuangyao Decoction has a significant effect on treating liver and kidney deficiency type lumbar spinal stenosis,and the effect is obviously better than the commonly used Chinese patent medicine Huanshao capsules.2.Bushen Zhuangyao Decoction has obvious effects in reducing pain,improving lumbar spine function,and improving quality of life.
