The ultimate goal of detoxification is to return to society.Community drug abuser and rehabilitation personnel can get rid of drug addiction and return to society in the real environment.Although it faces more difficulties and challenges than forced isolation of drug addicts,it can test the effects of detoxification more intuitively.Good social adaptability is the basic premise for drug rehabilitation personnel to get rid of drugs and reintegrate into society.It is also the most important indicator for drug rehabilitation personnel to return to society.However,there are few studies on the social adaptability of rehabilitation personnel,and the research on community drug abuser and rehabilitation personnel is rarely involved.How to measure the social adaptability of community drug abuser and rehabilitation personnel,and understand the social adaptability status and influencing factors of community drug abuser and rehabilitation personnel are still to be further explored.Therefore,due to the actual needs,it is necessary to compile a set of social adaptability scales for community drug rehabilitation personnel to conduct in-depth discussion on the social adaptability of community drug abuser and rehabilitation personnel.In this study,670 community drug abusers and rehabilitation personnel were selected as the research object.The research method of quantitative research and qualitative research was used to construct the structural dimension of the social adaptability scale of community drug abuser and rehabilitation personnel,and the community drug abuser and rehabilitation personnel was compiled.Using the Adaptation Scale as a tool,it conducted an in-depth discussion on the social adaptability status of community drug abuser and rehabilitation personnel and their relationship with social support and sense of life.Under the conditions of this study,the following conclusions were obtained:(1)The social adaptability of community drug abuser and rehabilitation personnel is mainly reflected in three aspects: family regression,self-acceptance and social integration.It is composed of 18 items in three dimensions with a coefficient of 0.852,which meets the psychometric standard and can be used as a further measuring tool.(2)The social adaptability of community drug abuser and rehabilitation personnel in Guiyang City is at a medium level.The results show that the social adaptability of community drug abuser and rehabilitation personnel is significantly affected by household registration and employment status,and is not significantly affected by gender and age,marital status.The social adaptability of community drug abuser and rehabilitation personnel was significantly positively correlated with social support and meaning of life.The sense of meaning of life plays a part in mediating between social support and social adaptability of community drug abuser and rehabilitation personnel,Social support acts as a mediator between the meaning of life and social adaptability of community drug abuser and rehabilitation personnel.(3)Qualitative research shows that the social adaptation of drug addicts includes returning to the family and regaining the trust and acceptance of the family;self-forgiveness,a correct understanding of past experiences;employment and social integration.The factors that affecting the social adaptability of drug addicts include individual differences and social environmental differences.The individual differences are reflected in the differences in demographic variables and in individual psychological traits,such as motivation for drug addiction,coping style,meaning of life and fear of death.Meanwhile,the social and environmental differences are reflected in social support,social exclusion and drug abuse policies,and so on.
