The Study Of Compulsory Detoxification Personnel Social Support And Family Function Status And Its Affecting Factors

Objective To Investigate the social support and family function of the compulsory drugaddiction rehabilitation people and its influencing factors, provide scientific evidence for thegovernment and professional institutions to promote effective policies and measures forcompulsory drug addiction rehabilitation people return to societyMethods Method by random sampling method, extraction of Wuhan308compulsorydetoxification addicts as the object of study, using the questionnaire survey and questionnairemethod, investigate and analysis of factors of social support and family function status of drugaddicts and its influence.Results The social support to308subjects scores were31.38±7.86, objective support scorewas8.66±3.25, subjective support score was17.03±4.92, to support the use of the averagescore was5.70±1.85. Family function real intimacy score was61.29±10.84, rational intimacyscore was69.72±9.76, intimacy dissatisfaction score was9.01±8.30; actual adaptability scorewas42.05±9.29,48.83±8.33ideal adaptability score, family adaptability satisfaction scorewas7.60±7.27. The object of study the intimacy, the actual adaptability, ideal adaptabilityscores were lower than the normal norm（p<0.05）, the object of study of intimacy is notsatisfaction scores higher than normal norm（p<0.05）.Social support score between the two groups, results showed that, different age, education level,marital status, family relationship, the period of drug treatment, whether6variables betweenthe groups in social support score difference (p<0.05); different age, education, marital status,and family relations, the period of drug5variables between groups the objective social supportscore difference (p<0.05); different marital status, family relationships, drug use, if MMTtreatment4variables between the groups in the score of subjective support differences (p<0.05);different age, culture degree, the period of drug addicts, whether4variables between the groupsin the utilization of social support score difference (p<0.05). The score of social supportinfluence factor of the multiple linear regression analysis showed, culture degree, marriage, andfamily relations, the period of drug are the factors influencing the score of social support score(p<0.05); age, culture degree, marriage, and family relations are factors influencing theobjective support score (p<0.05); marriage, family relationship, whether in MMT is theinfluence factors of subjective support score (p<0.05); age, culture degree, the period of drug isthe utilization of social support factors (p<0.05).Comparison between groups, the score display results family function, different educationlevel, marital status, and family relationship between3variables between groups of actualintimacy score difference (p<0.05); different age, family relationship, drug use3variables between groups ideal intimacy score in different age difference (p<0.05);, marital status, andfamily relations between the3groups of variables between actual adaptability score difference(p<0.05); different culture degree, family relationship, drug use3variables between groupsideal adaptability score differences (p<0.05). Family function score influence factor of themultiple linear regression analysis showed, culture degree, marriage, and family relations, arethe factors affecting the actual intimacy score (p<0.05); culture degree, family relationship, theperiod of drug are the factors influencing the ideal intimacy score (p<0.05); age, cultural level,family relationship is factors affecting the actual adaptability score (p<0.05); culture degree,family relationship are the factors influencing the ideal adaptability score (p<0.05).Conclusion The level of social support in compulsory detoxification is lower in social support,subjective support level is relatively good, objective support and utilization of support is low;lack of family function of drug addicts, not satisfied with the family adaptability and cohesion;influencing factors of social support for education, marital status, and family relations; theinfluential factors of family function is mainly the culture degree, family relationship.
