Clinical Study Of Bushen Huayu Decoction In Treating Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huayu decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and to objectively evaluate the effectiveness of Bushen Huayu decoction in improving TCM syndromes,acne and sex hormones.It provides a reference for the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with kidney deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group(traditional Chinese medicine group)and control group(Daying group)with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Bushen Huayu decoction and the control group was given oral Daying-35 for 3 months.To observe the improvement of TCM syndrome,acne and sex hormone levels before and after treatment and 3 months after drug withdrawal in the two groups,and the adverse reactions during treatment.Finally,the collected data were statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,the clinical effect of the two groups was the same,but the maintenance effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after 3 months of withdrawal.1.Comparison of comprehensive curative effect: after treatment,the total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and 93.33% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of withdrawal,the total effective rate was 89.29% in the treatment group and 58.17% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that the comprehensive curative effect of the two groups was the same,and the maintenance effect of the treatment group was better.2.Comparison of TCM syndromes: after treatment,the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the treatment group after 3 months of withdrawal(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the control group and the control group after 3 months of withdrawal(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that both groups could effectively improve the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,and the maintenance effect of traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that of Daying group.3.Comparison of acne: there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the control group was superior to the treatment group.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the treatment group after 3 months of withdrawal(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group after 3 months of withdrawal(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).It shows that the Daying group is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group in improving acne,and the curative effect is stable.4.Comparison of sex hormones: the serum LH,LH/FSH,T value of the two groups aftertreatment was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant decrease in serum FSH between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in serum FSH between the two groups after 3 months of withdrawal(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in serum LH,LH/FSH,T value between the treatment group and the control group after 3 months of withdrawal(P>0.05),but there was no significant difference in serum LH,LH/FSH level between the control group and the control group after 3 months of withdrawal(P>0.05).The T-value was slightly higher after the treatment(P<0.05),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the two groups had no significant effect on the serum FSH,but in the improvement of the serum LH,LH/ FSH,T value,The curative effect of the two groups was the same,and the maintenance effect of the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that of the daying group.5.Safety analysis: during the treatment,there were 3 cases of vaginal bleeding,2 cases of nausea and 2 cases of weight gain in the control group,and no adverse reactions were found in the treatment group.Conclusion The treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with kidney deficiency and blood stasis is treated with Bushen Huayu Decoction,and the curative effect is better than that of Dying-35 in the aspects of improving the TCM syndrome and sex hormone,but the maintenance effect is better than that of Dying-35.
