| Birth,old age,illness and death are natural laws that human beings cannot avoid.So how do you deal with death? How do you improve your quality of life before you die,and how can you die with dignity? In response,living wills provide a way for people to recognize death and die with dignity." Living will" is a document that people sign when they are healthy or conscious,indicating which kind of medical care they want or don’t want at the end of an incurable injury or death.Defending "living will" from the perspective of ethics can not only arouse people’s attention to living will,but also provide a solid theoretical foundation and sufficient legislative foundation for the promotion and implementation of "living will" in China.At the same time,it also plays a positive role in the development of hospice education in China.This paper focuses on the living will in China.The first chapter analyzes the appearance and concept of living will.The second chapter elaborates the ethical theoretical knowledge and basic principles related to living wills.At present,living wills are widely used in palliative care in China.The third chapter analyzes three CCTV news cases related to "living wills" from the ethical perspectives of caring ethics,humanitarianism and life theory in the form of case finding problems,combining the above theoretical knowledge,and specifically points out the ethical dilemma in the development of living wills in China.Based on China’s current national conditions and culture,the fourth chapter puts forward Suggestions to solve the ethical problems faced by "living wills" in China one by one.Finally,this paper proposes the prospect of the application of "living will" in China,so that Chinese citizens can fundamentally understand and understand the meaning and value of life,and finally improve a "living will" with Chinese characteristics and conducive to the sustainable development of our society. |
