OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy and epithelial-mesenc hymal transition(EMT)-related protein,calcium adhesion protein,in pati ents with chronic erosive gastritis(CEG)turbidity and endogenous syndr ome by observing Huazhuo Jiedu formula.The expression levels of E-c ad,Snail1 and Twist were explored to explore the mechanism of Huazh uo Jiedu formula in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis turbidity,a nd provide experimental evidence for the clinical application of turbidity theory.Method:Seventy-two patients with CEG turbidity and internal syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).The treatment group was given Oral Huazhuo Jiedu formula(Baihuasheshecao,Huangqin,Huoxiang,Peilan,Huanglian,Banzhilian,Kushen,Banlangen,Jiaogulan,Banbianlian,Yinchen),and the control group received Alatan Wuwei Pills,3 One month is a course of treatment,and both groups take two courses of treatment.The symptom scores,gastroscopy and pathological effects were observed before and after treatment.The expression levels of EMT-related proteins E-cad,Snail1 and Twist in gastric mucosa were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blot,and the changes before and after treatment were observed.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in symptom scores,symptom scores,gastroscopy and pathological conditions between the two groups(P>0.05),which were comparable.2.Compared with status before treatment,the symptom scores andsymptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The scores of symptom scores and symptom scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was94.11%,of which 20 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,5cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate of the control group was 73.53%,of which 9 cases were cured and 4 cases were markedly effective.For example,9 cases are invalid.The treatment group was more effective than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of gastroscope in the treatment group was 91.18%,of which 17 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate of the control group was 67.65%,of which 10 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,and 7 cases were effective.Invalid 11 cases.The treatment group was more effective than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of pathological treatment in the treatment group was 88.23%,of which 13 cases were cured,11 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,and 4 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate of the control group was 64.70%,of which 7 cases were cured,5 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,and 12 cases were ineffective.The treatment group was more effective than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 EMT-related protein expression in gastric mucosa3.1 Immunohistochemical test results3.1.1 Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the expression of E-cad,Snail1 and Twist protein between the two groups(P>0.05).It is comparable.3.1.2 Compared with status before treatment,the expression of E-cad protein in gastric mucosa of the treatment group increased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the expression of E-cad protein in gastric mucosa of the control group.The increase was not significant and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The expression of E-cad protein in gastric mucosa of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with status before treatment,the expression of Snail1 protein in gastric mucosa decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of Snail1 protein in gastric mucosa of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with status before treatment,the expression of Twist protein in gastric mucosa of the treatment group decreased after treatment(P < 0.05).The expression of Twist protein in gastric mucosa of the control group did not decrease significantly,and the difference was not statistically significant.(P>0.05).The expression of Twist protein in gastric mucosa of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.2 Western blot test results3.2.1 There was no significant difference in the relative expression of E-cad,Snail1 and Twist proteins between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),it is comparable.3.2.2 Compared with status before treatment,the relative expression of E-cad protein in gastric mucosa of the treatment group increased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the gastric mucosal E-cad protein in the control group was relative.The increase in expression was not significant,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The relative expression of E-cad protein in gastric mucosa of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,andthe difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with status before treatment,the relative expression of Snail1 protein in gastric mucosa decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relative expression of Snail1 protein in the gastric mucosa of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with status before treatment,the relative expression of Twist protein in the gastric mucosa of the treatment group decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The relative expression of Twist protein in the gastric mucosa of the control group did not decrease significantly.Learning significance(P > 0.05).The relative expression of Twist protein in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Huazhuo Jiedu formula can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,gastroscopy and pathology of patients with chronic erosive gastritis and turbidity.2.The mechanism of action of Huazhuo Jiedu Formula in the treatment of CEG turbidity and endogenous syndrome may be related to up-regulation of E-cad protein,down-regulation of Snail1,Twist protein,and prevention of epithelial cell transformation to stromal cells.
