Clinical Observation Of Buyang Huanwu Decotion Combined With Shulidie On Moderate To Severe COPD Of "Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type"

Objective:Clinical observation of Buyang Huanwu Decotion combined with Shulidie on moderate to severe COPD of "Qi deficiency and blood stasis type".Methods:Sixty stable patients with moderate to severe COPD who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the experimenter.All the patients were divided into two groups using a random number table,and each of the 30 patients was treated with LABA + ICS on the basis of conventional treatment.Patient is observation groupwere treated with supplementing lung and Buyang Huanwu Decotioncombined with LABA+ICS on the basis of the control group.Three months later,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.To observe the quality of life before and after treatment;Number of acute attacks within 6months;Platelet count was detected before and after treatment;Inflammatory factors were detected before and after treatment:white blood cell count,CRP;The cytological changes of sputum inflammation before and after treatment were observed.The changes of immune factors including CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ before and after treatment were observed.Blood gas analysis and lung function(lung function indicators include FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC)were observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 93.30% in the observation group and 73.30 in the control group.The clinical symptoms of the observation group and the control group were improved after treatment,but compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group increased significantly.The difference in efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group and the treatment group were higher than those before treatment,but the improvement of the observation group was >,but most important that the results were statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment,the values of inflammatory cytokines in both groups decreased,but the degree of decline of indicators in the control group was <in the observation group,and the results were statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in platelet count between the two groups before treatment,and platelet count decreased after treatment compared with before,but the decrease in the observation group was >,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cytology of sputum inflammation was improved in both groups after treatment,but the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,immune factors CD3+ and CD4+ in both groups increased,while CD8+ decreased.However,the improvement in theobservation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in lung function between the two groups(P>0.05),while both the observation group and the control group showed improvement in lung function after treatment,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After six months of treatment,the number of acute attacks and 6-minute walking test results in both the observation group and the control group were better than before,but the improvement in the control group was<in the observation group,the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Decotion combined with Shulidian on moderate to severe COPD of "Qi deficiency and blood stasis type",which can reduce the score of patients’ clinical symptoms and signs,improve tissue hypoxia,delay the progression of pulmonary function,reduce inflammatoryreaction,reduce the number of acute exacerbations,increase body immunity,improve the quality of life,and improve the prognosis of the disease.
