Objective: To study the current situation and influencing factors of HPV and HPV vaccine knowledge,beliefs and behaviors among medical students in a medical college in Chongqing,and to analyze HPV and HPV vaccines in the future.Knowledge health education provides baseline information and also lays the foundation for the promotion of HPV vaccines in colleges and universities.Investigate the relevant public number with the theme of "cervical cancer",investigate and evaluate the accuracy of cervical cancer related self-media health information,and propose improvement suggestions to provide reference for future in-depth research.Methods:(1)This study used stratified cluster random sampling method to sample,and self-designed self-administered questionnaire as the survey tool(question coefficient Cronbach's ?=0.867,Spearman-Brown coefficient=0.702,test reliability)=0.899,validity coefficient KMO=0.817).This study used Epi Data 3.1 software to enter data.Descriptive statistical analysis P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Statistical methods were used to analyze the adoption rate and composition rati o,and statistical inference was performed using 2 test and logistic regression analysis.The above analysis methods were all carried out using the SPSS 20.0 software package.The test level is ? = 0.05.(2)Establish a cervical vocabulary related vocabulary,based on the relevance of relevant articles by the relevant professionals on the public article and whether or not to initially propose a method for relevance assessment.We Chat searched for "cervical cancer",randomly selected 10 public numbers,and selected 10 articles each,and evaluated the correlation between the public number of the cervical cancer and the subject according to the correlation evaluation method.Results: The average awareness rate of HPV and its vaccine-related knowledge was low,and the related attitudes and behaviors were more positive;the number of HPV vaccinations was small.The influencing factors affecting HPV-related knowledge are professional and maternal education,and the factors affecting HPV vaccination are gender and specialty.The sources of knowledge about HPV and its vaccines are mainly newspapers,classrooms,and social networks.It is preliminarily proposed to determine whether the We Chat platform cervical cancer related public number article is related according to the keyword: ?1 for every hundred words is irrelevant,1<100 words per hundred words for general relevance,keywords for every hundred words> 4 is very relevant.The article published by the We Chat platform cervical cancer related public is less relevant to the topic of cervical cancer.Only two-fifths of the public articles are closely related to the topic.At the same time,nearly half of the articles are not related to the topic..Conclusion: College students of medical colleges have high hearing rate of HPV and its vaccine,low knowledge of HPV and its vaccine related knowledge,low awareness of HPV and its vaccine related knowledge,and positive attitudes and behaviors,but HPV The vaccination rate is low.It is important to enhance the training of HPV-related knowledge among students in medical colleges.The quality of cervical cancer-related self-media platform health information is low,self-positioning is not clear,and a small number of public numbers meet the needs of the audience.The health information of health information from the media is low and the pertinence is not strong.
