Clinical Study Of Shanzhen Granules On Benign Thyroid Nodule With Phlegm And Blood Stasis Of Absorpt Ion After Anatomical Microwave Ablation

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Shanzhen Granules on the absorption of phlegm and blood stasis obstructive thyroid nodule after microwave ablation,to help patients solve the problem of "nodule disappearance",and to guide clinical practice to give full play to the advantages of Chinese medicine.MethodsIn this project,120 cases of Department of Surgery(Thyroid Vascular Surgery)of University City Hospital of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from July 1,2019 to October 31,2019,and 120 patients who met the selection criteria were hospitalized in the Department of External Medicine and underwent microwave ablation of benign thyroid nodules.Treated patients.The treatment group and control group were randomly assigned by the time of returning to the ward.The control group did not take drugs.The treatment group regularly took the medicine Shanzhen granules.Dosing was started on the first day after surgery,and treatment was performed for 3 months.Observe the thyroid nodule volume reduction rate,thyroid function(FT3,FT4,TSH),and antibody(TGAb,TPOAb)in the two groups before1 monthand 3 months after surgery..ResultsBy comparing the reduction rate of nodule volume,nail function,and thyroid antibodies in January and March,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The efficacy of ultrasound-guided microwave ablation combined with postoperative Shanzhen granules for benign thyroid nodules Better,follow-up ultrasound can find that the nodule volume is significantly reduced,which is better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Oral Shanzhen granules can reduce thyroid antibody levels after oral administration,the experimental group and the control The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionOral Shanzhen granules combined with ultrasound-guided microwave ablation have a significant effect on benign thyroid nodules with phlegm and blood stasis obstruction,and can be used for clinical promotion.
