Objective: To study the clinical effect of Baihui cross acupoint selection on urinary incontinence after stroke, and to find an effective and reliable treatment method for this disease by acupuncture, and to improve the quality of life of patients. Methods: This case was from the Second Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. There were 36 cases,19 males and 17 females,13 left cerebral infarction(CI)lesions and 23 right cerebral infarction(CI)lesions, aged 54.84(+5.00).All patients were divided into two groups according to the random number method, namely the treatment group and the control group. After obtaining oral commitment, the experiment was carried out. There was no significant difference in gender, age and course of disease between the two groups after statistical treatment(P > 0.05,P age = 0.897,P course = 0.287).Before acupuncture, the urinary system clinical symptoms scale and urinary incontinence degree of the two groups were graded and recorded. In the control group,Guanyuan,Qihai,Shenque, bilateral Sanyinjiao and bilateral Shenshu acupoints were selected according to the traditional method of urinary incontinence. On the basis of the control group, the treatment group adopted Baihui cross acupoint selection method. The needle retention time was 30 minutes. After needling, the needle was twisted and inserted for 15 seconds. After 10 minutes, the needle was twisted and pressed for 15 seconds. After 10 minutes, the needle was retained for 10 minutes, the needle was twisted and rolled for 15 seconds before the needle was released.Continuous acupuncture 6 days rest 1 day as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment. On the 7th,14 th and 21 st day, each patient was assessed with the Urinary Clinical Symptoms Scale(URCS)and the urinary incontinence scale, and the scores were recorded. Results SPSS20.0 was used to process and analyze the data,P < 0.05 had statistical significance.Result:1.The score results of Urinary Clinical Symptoms Scale:(1)After the first course of treatment, the second course of treatment and the third course of treatment, the scores of the treatment group were lower than those before treatment, with significant difference(P < 0.01);(2)After the first course of treatment and the third course of treatment, the scores of the control group were lower than those before treatment, respectively. There was a significant difference(P < 0.01);after two courses of treatment, there was a significant difference(P = 0.027 < 0.05).(3)The scores of the treatment group and the control group after three courses of treatment were lower than those of the control group, and there were significant differences in statistics(P < 0.01).2.Grading evaluation of urinary incontinence degree:(1)Comparing the number of patients with urinary incontinence degree before and after treatment in the treatment group for one course, two courses and three courses,it was found that the number of patients with first degree urinary incontinence increased significantly, the number of patients with third degree and fourth degree urinary incontinence decreased significantly, and the number of patients changed significantly.Statistically, there were significant differences in each course of treatment(P < 0.01).(2)Comparing the number of patients with urinary incontinence in the control group after one course, two courses and three courses of treatment with that before treatment, the number of patients with first degree urinary incontinence increased slightly, the number of patients with third degree and fourth degree urinary incontinence decreased slightly, and the number of patients did not change significantly.(3)There were significant differences in the number of patients in one course after treatment(P=0.018<0.05),and there were significant differences in the number of patients in two and three courses after treatment(P<0.01).3.Applying Nimodipine curative effect evaluation table, the number of cured, markedly effective, effective and ineffective patients was counted respectively. It was found that:(1)The number of cured patients in treatmentgroup increased significantly after three courses of treatment, while the number of markedly effective patients in control group increased slightly;the number of cured and markedly effective patients in control group increased slightly, but the range was not obvious.(2)Statistical analysis was made on the number of patients cured after 3 courses of treatment between the treatment group and the control group, and the results showed that there was a significant difference(P < 0.01).Statistical analysis was made on the number of patients cured after 3 courses of treatment between the treatment group and the control group, and the results showed that there was a significant difference(P < 0.01);(3)The treatment group and the control group were 1.The number of patients with severe urinary incontinence after 3 courses of treatment was statistically analyzed. The results showed that there was a significant difference(P=0.039 < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Both the traditional acupuncturing method and Baihui cross acupoint selection method can improve the clinical symptoms of urinary incontinence.2.Baihui cross acupoint selection method is more effective than traditional acupoint selection method in treating urinary incontinence.3.Baihui cross acupoint selection method is superior to routine acupoint selection method in the treatment of urinary incontinence of all degrees. The effect of 1-degree and 2-degree urinary incontinence is remarkable.
