Clinical Observation Of Huanyan Decoction Combined With Pricking Blood Therapy For Acne

Obj ective:To observe the clinical effect of Huanyan decoction combined with pricking blood therapy on acne of phlegm-dampness stasis type.Method:Selected Eighty patients with acne of phlegm-dampness stasis type in this study,were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Forty patientsm the treatment group were treated with Huanyan decoction combined with pricking blood therapy,while 40 patients m the control group were treated with Wuhaiyingliuwan.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.The scores of skin lesions before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment were recorded and compared to determine the clinical efficacy.The quality of life of the patients was evaluated at the initial and final diagnosis.Result:1.At the end of four weeks of treatment,there were significant differences in lesion scores between the treatment group and the control group(*p=<0.01)compared with the former.There was a significant difference in lesion score between the two groups(■p=<0.01).At the end of 8 weeks of treatment,there were significant differences in lesion scores between the treatment group and the control group(*p=<0.01)compared with the former.There was a significant difference in lesion score between the two groups(■p=<0.01).2.At the end of 8 weeks of treatment,10 patients in the treatment group were clinically cured,20 patients were markedly effective,8patients were effective and 2 patients were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 95.00%.In the control group,1 case was clinically cured,5 cases were markedly effective,22 cases were effective and 12cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 70.00%.3.The quality of life assessment results shows:Two groups treatment methods had curative effects(*p=<0.01)on improving DLQI score,and the comparison of DLQI score difference showed that the improvement effect of DLQI in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(#P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Huanyan Decoction combined with pricking blood therapy can effectively improve the symptom scores of acne patients.2.Huanyan Decoction combined with pricking blood therapy is a safe and effective method to treat acne.
