| Objective: The purpose of this study was to compare the efficacy differences between auricular acupoint pressure pill and pseudo auricular acupoint pressure pill in postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids by carrying out a randomized controlled trial of auricular acupoint pressure pill to intervene postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids, explore whether auricular acupoint has acupoint specific effect, and define the intrinsic authenticity of postoperative analgesic effect of auricular acupoint pressure pill.To provide statistical basis for postoperative analgesia and combined analgesia of clinical mixed hemorrhoids,so as to relieve postoperative pain of patients and reduce the side effects and economic burden brought by the use of analgesics.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)according to the random table method.Patients in both groups underwent external stripping and internal ligation under lumboshu point anesthesia(low sacral canal anesthesia)or general anesthesia. The analgesic treatment was started 3 hours after the operation in both groups. The experimental group was given auricular point pressure pill, and the control group was given pseudo auricular point pressure pill.VAS score, analgesic pump utilization rate, simple pain assessment method, hospital anxiety and depression scale, postoperative anal edema and other indicators were compared between the two groups at 3 hours,24 hours,48 hours,72 hours and 7 days after surgery.Results:(1)the test results of anxiety scale score, depression scale score, use of analgesic pump, and incision edema at different postoperative observation time in the two groups were all greater than 0.05 3 hours after surgery, indicating no significant difference between the two groups and comparability.(2)VAS scores of patients in the two groups began to show differences 48 hours after surgery.VAS scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant. The simple pain score(PRI,Mankoski,PPI)of the two groups also began to show differences 48 hours after surgery. The scores of the experimental group were slightly lower than those of the control group,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.(3)kaplan-meier analysis showed that with the increase of time, the number of effective people in the two groups gradually increased, and the increase rate of effective people in the experimental group was significantly faster than that in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.0001).Conclusion:(1)auricular acupoint pressure pills can relieve postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids. The pain degree of the patients was significantly relieved 48 hours after the operation, which shortened the pain duration of the patients.(2)auricular point pressure pill is safe and effective for postoperative analgesia of hemorrhoids, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
