ObjectThrough the clinical randomized controlled trials of intervention research of Ginger Moxibustion at Yaoshu Point in treating Postoperative Pain of Mixed Hemorrhoid, evaluating the effect and application of the Ginger moxibustion on DU2 for postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoid, and providing new references for the related disease.MethodsSixty patients diagnosed as mixed hemorrhoids and undergoing surgical treatment according to this trial were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group received ginger moxibustion at Yaoshu point half an hour before operation and 4 days after operation. The control group did not take any intervention before the operation. The patients in the two groups were treated with conventional Chinese medicines such as fumigation, bath and dressing, and dressing changes. When unbearable, oral Diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules were given.Observe and record postoperative pain initiation time and score, postoperative pain peak time and score, oral dose of diclofenac sodium within 4 days postoperatively, pain score after defecation on postoperative days 2,3,and 4 and efficacy after 4 days postoperatively related data. All data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 statistical software. All data were firstly tested for homogeneity of variance and normality. The unit of counting was x2 test, and the unit of measurement was t or rank sum test.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant and Meaning.ResultsThe two groups of trials performed well. The basic indicators(gender, age, operative time, lateral incision, and number of postoperative needles)in both groups were comparable by SPSS 22.0;the time and scores of postoperative pain initiation were evaluated.Pain peak time and scores, number of oral diclofenac sodium 4 daysafter surgery, pain score after defecation on the 2nd,3rd,and 4th day after operation, and 4 days postoperative effect, etc.,were statistically analyzed,P<0.05,indicating that the difference had statistical significance. The treatment group was significantly delayed in the onset of pain and peak pain time compared with the control group;the initial pain score and peak pain score were lower than the control group;the number of oral diclofenac sodium was significantly lower than the control group. There were no adverse reactions in both groups.ConclusionThe intervention of Ginger moxibustion and Yaoshu acupoints for half an hour before and after surgery can delay postoperative pain initiation time and pain peak time.It can also reduce initial pain and pain peak score, and can effectively reduce The number of painkillers(diclofenac sodium sustained release capsules)used.Ginger moxibustion at Yaoshu points can effectively relieve pain after mixed hemorrhoids and reduce the number of painkillers. It has significant clinical value and significance in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative pain.
