| Objective: Acupuncture is used to relieve tie the outer and inner peel mixed hemorrhoid postoperative pain clinical efficacy and safety for the clinical treatment of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative pain to seek a new and effective option.Method: Selected within the outer peel mixed hemorrhoids tie patients(met the inclusion criteria) 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. The treatment group received traditional acupuncture needling techniques long strong point, bearing mountain cave, two white points, Zusanli, lumbar pain shu points, the control group with oral ibuprofen and codeine sustained release tablets pain. Each period of pain, physical activity, postoperative complications(margin of edema, urinary retention) and other indicators were observed before and after treatment and therapy. Statistics using SPSS 20.O statistical software for processing.Result:(1)After treatment the day after 0.5h, lh, 2h VAS score and physical activity scores, the treatment group than the control group, with significant difference(P <0.05), no significant difference in other periods;(2)The first 1-6 days after the treatment group after treatment 0.5h, lh, 2h, the average VAS score of 3h and physical activity scores than the control group, with significant difference(P <0.05);( 3) Postoperative complications, the treatment group were lower than the control group, a significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion:(1)Acupuncture applied within the outer peel mixed hemorrhoids tie after its analgesic effect within 2 hours after treatment than the control group(ibuprofen-codeine group);(2)Acupuncture is used in the outer peel mixed hemorrhoids tie can significantly reduce postoperative pain after a margin of edema, the incidence of urinary retention;(3)Acupuncture is used in the outer peel mixed hemorrhoids tie postoperative pain, with safe, reliable, inexpensive and easy inspection, etc., available for use in clinical choice. |
