| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Wuwei Xiaodu Yin sitting bath combined with Erhuang Jiedu Ointment in the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids of damp-heat hypoperfusion type,to evaluate its clinical effectiveness,and explore its mechanism of action,and provide evidence for clinical use of this method.Methods: From January 2018 to December 2018,90 patients with inflammatory external hemorrhoids of damp-heat injection type were selected from the outpatient department of anorectal department of affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the order of outpatient visits,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group(sitting bath combined with external application group),control group Ⅰ(sitting bath group)and control group Ⅱ(external application group),with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Wuwei Xiaodu Yin sitting bath combined with Erhuang Jiedu Ointment,while the control group Ⅰ was treated with Wuwei Xiaodu Yin sitting bath,and the control group Ⅱ was treated with Erhuang Jiedu Ointment for 7 days.Comparative recording of three groups of patients The general data(age,sex,course of disease,symptom score before treatment),VAS score,edema score on day 1,day 4 and day 7after treatment were analyzed statistically.Results: 1.Clinical efficacy: the total effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group,83.3% in the control group Ⅰ,and 86.7% in the control group Ⅱ.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the two control groups(p <0.05).There was no significant difference in curative effect between the two control groups(P > 0.05),which indicated that the therapeutic effect of sitting bath combined with external application group was better than that of sitting bath group and external application group in treating inflammatory external hemorrhoids of damp-heat hypoperfusion type.2.VAS score: on the 1st,4th and 7th day after treatment,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the two control groups(P < 0.05),and thescore in the sitting bath group was lower than that in the external application group(P< 0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two control groups(P <0.05).The clinical curative effect of sitting bath combined with external application group was better than that of sitting bath group and external application group,and the curative effect of sitting bath group was better than that of external application group.3.Edema score: on the 1st,4th and 7th day after treatment,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the two control groups(P <0.05),and the score of the external application group was lower than that of the sitting bath group(P < 0.05).The results showed that the therapeutic effect of sitting bath combined with external application group was better than that of sitting bath group and external application group,and the curative effect of external application group was better than that of sitting bath group.4.Recurrence rate: 1 month after treatment,there was significant difference among three groups(P < 0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the two control groups.Conclusion: Wuwei Xiaodu Yin sitting bath combined with Erhuang Jiedu Ointment has obvious curative effect on inflammatory external hemorrhoids.The drug acts directly on the affected part and has the effects of clearing away heat and dampness,reducing swelling and relieving pain,etc.,which can significantly reduce the pain and bulge of patients.Sense,reduce the body mass and repair the skin surface of the corpus callosum,no obvious side effects,safe and effective.At the same time,it expands the application range of traditional Chinese medicine,and is easy to use,Low recurrence rate.It is worthy of further research and promotion in clinical practice. |
