Ruyi Golden Ointment Clinical Treatment Of Inflammatory External Hemorrhoids

Objective:Now, for the therapy of inflammatory external hemo rrhoids,there two methods, the one was surgical therapy, another w as conservative therapy. And each of them had their Indications. Th e former had relatively simple operation, but it was a treatment of traumatic. And after surgical therapy, there was the possibility, just like wound pain, bleeding, anus skin edema and Urinary retention. Both of all was difficult to be accepted for the patients. For most patients, There was also a certain degree of fear to surgery. The lat ter was a major drug-based treatment, it rapidly acted, brought less pain, cost less. Patients were willing to accept it. In this research, we used Ruyijinhuang cream, to threat external hemorrhoids compa red with using Mayinglong musk hemorrhoids ointment. To evaluate the clinical efficacy of treating inflammatory external hemorrhoids by using Ruyijinhuang cream.Method:In the research,60cases of patients with inflammat ory hemorrhoids all were from Outpatient anorectal patiens of First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Randomly divided them into treatment and control group s. In the treatment group, Ruyijinhuang cream was used, while in t he control group,Mayinglong musk hemorrhoids ointment was used. Both2/d. for continuous14days, respectively,before the treatment of first day, and after the treatment of the first lday,4days,7days, Select inflammatory external hemorrhoids common clinical sympto ms and signs such as rectal pain,rectal bulge, hemorrhoids the size of change,hemorrhoids and other indicators to change the surface mucosa were compared.Results:In the treatment group, the cure rate was20.00%,an d total efficiency rate was90.00%.In the control group, they were 6.67%and73.33%.By using statistical treatment, there was significa nt difference in cure and total efficiency rate between the two grou p.(p<0.05).Conclusions:1.Ruyijinhuang cream treatment group had better effect than M ayinglong musk hemorrhoids ointment group in the treatment for I nflammatory external hemorrhoids.2. Ruyijinhuang cream treatment group was better than Maying long musk hemorrhoids ointment group, in improving rectal pain,r ectal bulge, hemorrhoids the size of change.3.By using Ruyijinhuang cream to treat inflammatory externa1hemorrhoids, it was simply to operate, safe, less pain and easy to be accept for patiens. It was an effective formula for inflammatory external hemorrhoids.
