Objective:A questionnaire survey was conducted among pediatric or respiratory medical staff and family members of children with bronchial asthma in hospitals at all levels in Xingtai City.The situation of health education on bronchial asthma among pediatric or respiratory medical staff in hospitals at all levels was investigated,and the status quo of health education assisted by family members of children with bronchial asthma in the process of health education was analyzed.Methods:The in-service physicians and nurses in pediatrics or respiratory departments of hospitals at all levels in Xingtai municipality and the relatives of children aged 0-14 years with bronchial asthma hospitalized from January 1 to December 15,2018 were selected as the subjects of the survey.The contents include three aspects:1)the general situation of health education for children's bronchial asthma in pediatrics or respiratory departments of hospitals at all levels;2)the implementation of health education for children's bronchial asthma by medical staff;and 3)the mastery of health education for children's family members.In this study,we use the form of qualitative and quantitative research to design the questionnaire,and evaluate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.The data of the research project were analyzed by SPSS21.0 statistical software,and the test level was ? = 0.05Result:1.Basic Situation of Children's Bronchial Asthma Treatment Departments in Hospitals at All LevelsThere are 42 hospitals at all levels in Xingtai municipality,all of which are general hospitals,and there is no special hospital for children.Eight of the general hospitals at all levels treated children with bronchial asthma in pediatrics and the rest in respiratory department.One hospital has pediatrics as provincial key disciplines,and respiratory department as municipal key development disciplines;one hospital has pediatrics as municipal key development specialties,and the rest are general specialties or disciplines.The ratio of doctors to nurses in hospitals at all levels was 1:1.29 in tertiary hospitals,1:1.07 in secondary hospitals and 1:0.75 in primary hospitals.The ratio of beds to nurses was 1:0.55 in tertiary hospitals,1:0.50 in secondary hospitals and 1:0.33 in primary hospitals.2.Health Education on Bronchial Asthma in Pediatrics or Respiratory Departments of Hospitals at All LevelsAccording to the analysis of the statistical results,the educational level,professional title and working years of medical staff were positively correlated with their knowledge level of bronchial asthma,and physicians had higher knowledge level of bronchial asthma than nurses.Group education and one-on-one physical education are the most common in tertiary hospitals;lectures in large classes are the most common in secondary hospitals;and one-on-one physical education is the most common in primary hospitals.In pediatrics,scenarios and role-playing education are mostly used,while in respiratory department,special lectures are mostly used for health education.Medical staff have a high score on the attitude of health education on bronchial asthma.They believe that health education has a positive effect on the control of the condition of children with bronchial asthma.The proportion of health education knowledge trained was 68.7%;82.7% of the medical staff gave health education to the family members of the children;57.6%,73.8% and 89.7% of the medical staff formulated exercise program,diet plan and family environment intervention for the children;57.9% of the medical staff provided psychological counseling for the children.3.Family members of children with bronchial asthma to assist children in implementing health educationAccording to the analysis of the statistical results,the educational level and occupation of the family members of the children were positively correlated with their bronchial asthma-related knowledge;the number of hospitalizations of the children was negatively correlated with their bronchial asthma-related knowledge;the family members of the children with bronchial asthma had a low score in assisting the children in implementing health education attitude,and only urged the children to carry out active treatment in terms of drug treatment.The ratio of family members of children with bronchial asthma receiving health education knowledge training was 72%;the ratio of psychological counseling to children with bronchial asthma was 16.1%;the ratio of intervention to children's living environment was 29.8%;the ratio of supervising children's implementation of nutrition program was 8.9%;the ratio of supervising children's implementation of exercise program was 11.9%;and the ratio of persisting in regular review was 11.9%.The value is 4.17%.The ratio of urging children to take active treatment was 81.5% in drug treatment.Conclusion:1.Pediatric departments in hospitals at all levels are not well established,and respiratory departments lack special health education and treatment for children with bronchial asthma.The health education work is not deep enough,the method is single,and the communication platform between doctors,nurses and patients is few.Hospitals should attach importance to specialist investment,talent training and improving the status of health education and treatment.2.The survey results showed that the knowledge level of bronchial asthma gradually increased with the increase of medical staff's educational level,professional title and working years.Compared with nurses,doctors have a higher level of knowledge about bronchial asthma.3.The implementation of health education for children with bronchial asthma by family members is poor,and the level of relevant knowledge is low.
