The social supports total scores and scores of Subjects Supports, Utilization of Supports of experimental group were significant lower than that of control group(p<0.01). There was no significant difference between two groups'scores of Objective Support(p>0.05).3. The scores of experimental group's Self-Blaming, Fancy, Avoidance, Rationalization were significant higher than that of control group's(p<0.01), and the score of Appealing-help was significant lower than that of control group's(p<0.01). There was no significant difference between two groups'Resoling Problem scores(p>0.05).4. For experimental group subjects, SSRS total scores and scores of Subjective Supports, Utilization of Supports negatively correlated with SCL-90 total scores and scores of its nine factors(p<0.05, p<0.01).5. For experimental group, scores of Self-Blaming, Fancy and Avoidance has positive correlations with SCL-90 total scores and scores of its nine factors(p<0.05, p<0.01), score of Rationalization also positive correlated with SCL-90 total score and scores of its six factors, such as compulsion, relationships, psychotic, depression, hostility and horror(p<0.05, p<0.01), scores of Appealing-help negatively correlated with SCL-90 total scores and scores of its nine factors excepted factor somatization(p<0.05, p<0.01).Conclusion:1.The mental health status of family members of traumatic brain injury patients with surgery treatment was serious bad.2.The social support of family members of traumatic brain injury patients with is low, which negative correlated with mental health statues.3.Family members of traumatic brain injury patients with surgery treatment were tend to utilize passive and immature coping styles, which positive correlated with mental health status.4.
