Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Acute Stomach Pain By Different Methods Of Acupuncture Reducing On Interving Liangqiu Point

Objective:To observe the difference of clinical effects between the method of wirling reducing acupuncture and the method of liftingthrusting reducing acupuncture in treating the acute stomach pain with Liangqiu point,so as to be provide scientific basis for the best acupuncture method in treating acute stomach pain with Liangqiu point.Research methods: This study selected patients with acute gastric pain as the research object,using a randomized single-blind experimental design method,Sixty subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the group of the method of wirling reducing acupuncture and the method of lifting-thrusting reducing acupuncture,30 patients in each group,and bilateral Liangqiu points were selected Method of operation: the group of the method of wirling reducing acupuncture : the patient takes the supine position,the skin of the acupoint area is disinfected with 75% alcohol,Selecting stainless steel needle with a diameter of 0.3mm and a needle length of 25-40 mm and Performing conventional acupuncture,After that,the needle is slightly twitched at the gas,and the thumb is turned to the right and the force is heavy.The finger force floats upwards;when the thumb is turned to the left,the force should be light,lasting for 1 minute,Turning the method of wirling reducing acupuncture every 5 minutes and leaving the needle for 30 minutes.The group of the method of lifting-thrusting reducing acupuncture: The patient takes the supine position,and the skin of the acupoint area is disinfected with 75% alcohol.Selecting stainless steel needle with a diameter of 0.3mm and a needle length of 25-40 mm,the needle is used for acupuncturing,after the qi arounding the point of needle.liftting the needle up and down with small scale.Lightly insert and re-lift,the force should be light when the needle is inserted,and the force should be heavy when lifting the needle,lasting for 1 minute,doing it every 5 minutes,leaving the needle for 30 minutes.Both of the above operations were performed during the onset of acute gastric pain,and the immediate analgesic effect of different renducing method of acupuncture interventing on Liangqiu points was observed.The visual analogue scale VAS and the existing pain intensity PPI in the internationally recognized McGill pain questionnaire were selected as observation indicators to observe the changes of each observation index before and after treatment.The data were statistical analyzed by SPSS24.0 software.By comparing the clinical effects of different acupuncture reducing methods in treating the acute stomach pain with Liangqiu acupoint,to provide a scientific basis for the optimization of the best acupuncture method for Acture Stomach Pain in Liangqiu point.Research result:1.After statistical analysis,there were no significant differences in gender,age,incidence,VAS score,PPI score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);suggesting that the two groups were comparable.2.There were significant differences in VAS and PPI scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01),indicating that these two methods of acupunture have a therapeutic effect on acute stomach pain.3.Comparing the score difference of VAS and PPI before and after treatment in the two groups,we know that these two groups have significant difference(P<0.05).indicating that the clinical efficacy of the proup of the method of wirling reducing acupuncture is better than the group of the method of lifting-thrusting reducing acupuncture.4.The total effective rate of the group of the method of wirling reducing acupuncture was 86.67%;the total effective rate the group of the method of lifting-thrusting reducing acupuncture was 67.67%,the total effective rate of the group of the method of wirling reducing acupuncture was higher than that of the the group of lifting-thrusting reducing method of acupuncture,indicating that the clinical efficacy of the method of wirling reducing acupuncture is better than that of the the group of the method of lifting-thrusting reducing acupuncture.Conclusion: This study showed that the both two methods with liangqiu point have Clinical efficacy on treating actuce stomach pain,the method of wirling reducing acupuncture in treating acute stomach pain with Liangqiu point was better than that of the method of lifting-thrusting reducing acupuncture.which provides a scientific basis for the optimization of the best acupuncture method for treating acute stomach pain at Liangqiu point.
