Clinical Efficacy Of Qingchang Liangxue Fang Combined With Mesalazine In Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis Of Large Intestine Damp-Heat Syndrome

[objective]:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingchang Liangxue Fang combined with mesalazine in treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)patients of large intestine Damp-Heat syndrome.[Methods]:60 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis of large intestine Damp-Heat syndrome accessed to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were selected as objects.They were divided into control group and treatment group according to the time sequence of seeing doctor,And there were 30 cases in each group.The control group only took mesalazine knot enteric-coated tablets,1g/time,3 times a day.The treatment group were given oral mesalazine and Qingchang Liangxue Fang retention enema,The treatment lasted 12 weeks,and the cases with curative effect were followed up for 3 months after the treatment.The clinical symptom relief,the improvement of colonic mucosal tissue and the adverse drug reaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.[Results]:The total clinical curative rate of treatment group was 96.7%,clearly higher than that 83.3% of the control group(P<0.05).Both the treatment group’s colonoscopy rates and major clinical symptom score after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The 3-month recurrent rate was observably lower in treatment group than the other group(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse drug reactions during the treatment course.[Conclusion]:Clinical efficacy of mesalazine combined with Qingchang Liangxue Fang was impressive in treating the ulcerative colitis of large intestine Damp-Heat syndrome,which can improve the patient’s clinical performance,reduce intestinal inflammation,and reduce recurrence rate.
