Study On The Clinical Effect And Mechanism Of TCM In Treating Henoch-Schonein Purpuranephritis

Objective: According to traditional Chinese medicine for purpura nephritis(henoch-schonein purpuranephritis and HSPN)the real understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of qi and formulate purpura number I add and subtract the application,and compared with conventional western medicine treatment group,clinical factors associated with early renal damage by detecting analysis indicators,observe the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of HSPN,with scientific and objective in this paper,the traditional Chinese medicine treatment the curative effect of HSPN,and traditional Chinese medicine compound mechanism of possible targets,and objective,the index of early kidney damage laboratory standardization.Methods:We took the outpatient and inpatient department of jiangxi hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and the outpatient and inpatient department of shenzhen hospital of traditional Chinese medicine as the research objects to carry out this project.Clinical observation of 80 cases of such children,a total of 2 groups.A total of 40 children were randomly selected to receive TCM treatment and 40 children to receive TCM treatment.The TCM treatment group received TCM prescription plus or minus for purpura I,while the western medicine treatment group received western medicine treatment.Age,gender,weight,time of onset,causes,first symptoms,main symptoms and laboratory examinations were recorded for each group.Data collected by measurement stages were statistically described and analyzed.Results: Chinese medicine treatment group of children with HSPN effectively in 4 weeks,8 weeks is higher than the western medicine group,the statistical comparison(P < 0.05,urinary MAlb,TGF-beta 1,ECP 3 sets of data are in 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks statistical differences(P < 0.05,urine NAG only there is statistical significance in the fourth week,four groups of test show that the Chinese medicine is more effective than western medicine。Conclusion: The treatment effect of purpura I prescription in HSPN has obvious advantages over western medicine,and the price is economic,less side effects,significant curative effect,clinical worth promoting.In this study,it was found that changes in MAlb,urine NAG,TGF-1,and ECP values could reflect the degree of disease,and could be used as an important indicator for early diagnosis and prevention of HSPN.
