The article had observed and analysised with the tongue of the sick children who had Henoch-Schonlein purpura or Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during March to December in 2009. And the study could be divided into three parts.1 The tongue evolutionary trend of bleeding due to blood-heat of Henoch-Schonlein purpura。Objective Discussed the evolutionary trend by observing the Tongue of the sick children with bleeding due to blood-heat of Henoch-Schonlein purpura.Methods Observed tongue of 50 children with bleeding due to blood-heat of Henoch-Schonlein purpura and observed its evolution,analysised with statistical,summarized.Results The evolutionary trend of the children's tongue with bleeding due to blood-heat of Henoch-Schonlein purpura is red tongue→pale tongue→dark tongue, revealled that its mechanism of evolution is heat→deficiency→stasis; white and yellow tongue coating are the main color, thick, greasy coating is the major moss, revealled the main risk factors are humid and heat.2 The Clinical Study of the Tongue with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritisObjective Explored the etiology and pathogenesis of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis by observing the Tongue of the sick children.Methods Observed the tougue of 23 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis whose tongue were analyzed with statistical,and summarized the etiology and pathogenesis.Results Red tongue, dark red tongue, pink tongue are the main tongue, white and yellow coating and greasy,thick,Strip tongue are the main tongue moss, indicated the main pathogenesis of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis is wet, heat, stasis and deficiency. 3 The Comparison of the Tongue between Henoch-Schonlein purpura and Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritisObjective Explored the similarities and differences between Henoch-Schonlein purpura and Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis by observed the Tongue of the sick children with the two Groups.Methods 75 cases of Henoch-Schonlein purpura and 23 cases of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis in children whose Tongue permit continuous to observe and compared the two groups and analysised with statistical to carry out the differences and explored the similarities and differences.Results The common: The frequency of the red tongue, pink tongue, dark red tongue, yellow and white tongue coating, thick, greasy tongue moss in both groups were high (> 50%), indicated wet, heat, stasis in both evolution plays an important role in both diseases. The difference: Dark red tongue,strip tongue coating, white coating in two groups are different in the frequency of tongue coating. Compared with the other groups ,they are no difference. indicated that in the course of anaphylactoid purpura nephritis is more likely in wet, stasis and deficiency. wet, heat, stasis and deficiency are common pathogenesis of Henoch-Schonlein purpura and Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis. But wet, stasis and virtual are more susceptible in the course of the disease of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis. |
