The new medical system reform requires solving the problem of public hospital management system and medical service in China by establishing a reasonable corporate governance structure of public hospitals.However,due to the lack of systematic planning and reasonable implementation path,the corporate governance structure of public hospitals in China has not effectively implemented the separation of management and management,coordinated the interests of all parties,and showed slow progress and unsatisfactory results in the implementation process.Therefore,it is particularly important to speed up research and build a well-established public hospital governance structure and path construction.This study studied the corporate governance structure of public hospitals in the context of the three-medical linkage through literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey and interview research.The management of public hospitals in China has experienced the management of public hospitals under the planned economy,the market economy and the 21 st century,forming a typical corporate governance model,such as the administrative management Sanming model,the council-type Weifang model,the board-type Dongyang model and the group.The type of Luohu mode.Foreign public hospital governance has a market-led American model,a medical insurance payment-based transit model,a British model of free medical care for all,a Japanese model for independent legal person construction,and a Singapore-based model for public and private use.At present,the governance of public hospitals in China is difficult to separate,the management level is not high,the selection of people is not flexible,and the incentive,supervision and compensation mechanisms.Through the research of the system of the sample hospital,the achievements and problems of the corporate governance structure in public hospitals are summarized.If there are many departments in charge of medical treatment,it is difficult to separate management and management,and the dean’s administrative appointment,selection,incentive and supervision.The sample hospital should develop a well-established three-medical linkage model corporate governance structure in the future.For example,the corporate governance structure should adopt a governing type,rationally establish management,and do a good job in supervision,incentive,legal system and compensation mechanism construction.The establishment of corporate governance structure in public hospitals involves all aspects of the country and region,not only politics,but also economics,and even culture.In the process of building a corporate governance structure in public hospitals,it will pay more attention to the satisfaction of patients and hospital staff,pay more attention to social benefits,pay more attention to people’s health problems,and not just treat diseases,so that public hospitals cantruly play a role in escorting people’s health. |
